A good overall experience of the product and staff. Very helpful throughout the 1st year of using the tool.

Pros

It Cost less that our previous supplier. The tool is relatively easy to pick up and use. Quick and easy to setup.

Cons

The reporting wasn't the best, however after asking for assistance from the technical team, they provided a solution to us that fitted out reporting needs.

Pros

The helpfulness and guidance of the staff along with the quick turn around on their responses to any queries

Cons

I have no dislikes regarding the experience or service received so far since our company signed up with Fact24

Administratrice de l'outil depuis qq années, j'ai vu l'outil évoluer et comparé à notre ancien outil où des jours entiers de formation étaient nécessaires en tant qu'admin, il est très intuitif...

Pros

La facilité de la programmation de l'outil. L'accessibilité et ses fonctionnalités sans compter son évolution constante qui intègre les nouvelles technologies.

Cons

Je n'en vois aucun. Mais parce que j'utilise la version anglaise de l'outil. On pourrait regretter que FACT24 n'ai pas fait appel à des francophones pour la traduction un peu plus fidèle.

Très bonne solution d'alerting et de gestion de crise, répondant à nos besoins d'évolutivité et de flexibilité.

Pros

La flexibilité de l'outils: les alarmes peuvent être paramétrées de nombreuses façons de sortes à répondre à beaucoup de requis. L'évolutivité: l'outils permet de s'adapter sans problème à des orgranisations TPE comme à des multinationales

Cons

La gestion des interfaces API sont très complexes et devraient être revue afin de répondre aux besoins avec plus de flexibilité.

La facilité de création des profils La possibilité de lier les alarmes les unes aux autres La possibilité de paramétrer les numéro d'appel

Cons

contre intuitivité sur certains paramètres d'alarme (par exemple : obligation d'indiquer un ordre de préférence de contact mais l'alarme configurée en parallèle donc tous les terminaux sont contactés en même temps)

Es la herramienta que puede marcar la diferencia en medio de situaciones de máximo nivel de exigencia. Por encima incluso de la herramienta está el equipo humano que tiene detrás, que comprende verdaderamente la importancia del proceso de gestión de crisis en una organización.

Pros

De una solución de estas características, lo que se necesita es máxima eficacia. Fact24 me ha demostrado su eficacia en múltiples situaciones. Por encima de ello situaría incluso a su servicio de atención al cliente, que es excelente.

Cons

Es una herramientas tan completa que, aunque resulta fácil de utilizar para las funcionalidades más core, supone un desafío a la hora de dominar y extraer su máximo aprovechamiento. El roadmap de Fact24 incrementará aun más su potencia y aportación de valor.
