Un gain de temps pour nous sur la gestion des devis, la gestion de la facturation et la génération de rapports.

Pros

En tant qu'administrateur, je trouve le produit facile à utiliser et ergonomique, j'ai la possibilité d'utiliser plusieurs modules en même temps sur plusieurs onglets (comme modules contrats, management énergétique, travaux, rapports, droit utilisateurs etc.) et d'avoir la main sur les paramétrages et la gestion des utilisateurs. En dernier année, je vois que Twimm a fait beaucoup de progrès sur l'évolution et amélioration du produit.

Cons

Le module Formulaires est très long à paramètre. Une application mobile est bien venue.

Pros

Nous apprécions twimm pour son site web mobile pour les techniciens avec son mode offline ainsi que les api qui permettent une intégration rapide.

Cons

Nous utilisions le mode bannette pour les interventions avant l'implémentation de Twimm sur nos villages hors cela n'était pas disponible. C'est maintenant le cas.
