Cons No easy rescheduling option on the main notification. I really like the ability to custom code meetings based on criteria so your calendar becomes a one glance item to understand your time. I also greatly value the Slack integration so Slack auto-mutes during meetings and the ability to add blocks like lunch without a huge effort. Cons I'd like to be able to change the color on generated meetings like Lunch so I can better catalog my day. It simply does its job by organizing my calendar and keeping me informed (through Slack), and that's it. Brilliant. Pros \- When all people invited to a meeting use Clockwise, it automatically rearranges it in order to create focus time - Integration with Slack is very good. It warns me every time something is rescheduled and, in the morning, it sends me a summary of the day ahead Cons \- Since Clockwise relies so much on having as many colleagues as possible using it to properly work, I have to keep spreading the word all the time - Introduces some unpredictability to my life. Helpful and lightweight! Pros We like that Clockwise helps to keep our team organized. It has no-meeting days, automatically resolves scheduling conflicts, and we like that we can put team events on a shared Clockwise calendar. It has def helped us stay organized as a team and it was very set it, and forget it for us. Cons I like that focus time is put on your calendar, but it blocks that time as busy, and while focus time is important, it will also fill every spot large enough on your calendar, and to outsiders it looks like your time is booked, when in fact that time could be available if needed. Managers were finding it hard to work with because their reports thought they were too busy to meet. Wish that was more customizable on how focus time shows up to others. Review Source JB Julia B. It sents a daily notification/ overview of my calendar, and sends a summary at the end of the week to let me know how much time I spent in different kinds of calendar events. Cons I do wish clockwise offered more flexibility when it comes to reorganizing events. I love how it automatically moves meetings to make contiguous blocks, pre-schedules my lunch time, syncs my personal calendar events into "busy" blocks on my work calendar, and automatically handles conflicts as they come up. It's a huge time saver. Cons Not everyone at my company uses Clockwise, so sometimes events can't be automatically managed. Cons Clockwise core functions serve our team in the precise ways we need it to. As we grow I could imagine I think there could be ways that we would like to see the tool grow. Made registration simple for our patients when we had the system. Cons I didn’t like the fact that when the aratem would go down we would need to move to paper. the program would glitch frequently causing huge issues with our EMR. Pros The interface is very simple and it does the function you need for a small business. We use it for time tracking, TO management and their seamless integration with QBO is great both for import and export. Also, customer service is great and very helpful. Cons It would be great if there were a way for them to do invoice input to QB. A function as the employees put the time in, and invoices are generated from it automatically to each charge code. When they rolled out the Outlook support, I was first on the waiting list. I was told that when they released the AI Scheduler beta, I was the #1 user for several months. My wife jokes that I should be a Clockwise influencer, because of how much I talk about it in my personal time. If that doesn't tell you how much of a geek and superfan I am for this tool, I don't what will. Pros The list is too long to fit into this response. Scheduling links have extreme customization and minimize any friction with external planning. Internal scheduling trumps Outlook's by an enormous magnitude, not only letting you easily grab time, but also optimizing for heads-down time and your personal preferences. Small features, like Slack/Zoom integration, color-coding, and automatic lunch hour preferences, actually add material value despite being additional bells-and-whistles. Cons It was difficult to come up with any content regarding cons. I think some of the supported applications are limited: for a long time, Outlook wasn't supported (it is now), you can't sync a personal calendar if it's not a Google Calendar, etc. But I know the team is hard at work to broaden the market applicability of the tools. Pros I love it for 2 useful features: 1. I can schedule time slots for my tasks directly from Asana in 2 clicks while planning my week. 2. It syncs my availability between all without me at all. On top of that, it helps to easily find slots with my team for our meetings through its AI scheduler. Cons Sometimes AI scheduler doesn't work. Also, I would like to have an option to break a task into several pieces in my calendar when it takes a lot of time.
