This has cut down on scheduling conflicts and last-minute rescheduling and has given our team more focused time to work on design and production tasks.

Pros

Clockwise has been awesome for scheduling meeting times, eliminating the normal back-and-forth efforts. I appreciate how nothing lets people push our calendars around to defend blocks of more focused time, which is essential in our print production schedule.

Cons

It requires some better integration options from outside Google Calendar we use a few different tools, and getting everything to sync perfectly can be a pain.

I disliked it so much that we moved to Athena

Pros

I like med the registration portal when it was working. Made registration simple for our patients when we had the system.

Cons

I didn’t like the fact that when the aratem would go down we would need to move to paper. the program would glitch frequently causing huge issues with our EMR.

I wanted an app to update my Slack status when I'm in a meeting, and to remind me what I have for the day, and Clockwise does this perfectly well.

Pros

It helps me organize my focus time, and summarize what I have for the day.

Cons

For me there is not something particularly wrong with Clockwise.

Overall, I enjoy using Clockwise. We lost the feature to automatically move meetings to times that worked for all participants, and we've really missed that.

Pros

Calendar management can be a tedious and unnecessary task - Clockwise takes a lot of that task off my hands. I'd hate to lose it.

Cons

The colour coding isn't accurate to the type of task, so isn't all that useful, other than to make my calendar look less full.

I convinced my entire team to use it. It was an easy sell.

Pros

Clockwise's ability to dynamically reschedule my meetings to group them together and maximize my uninterrupted focus time has been a game changer. I rely on team calendar it creates to keep track of when my coworkers are out of office.

It can only automatically reschedule meetings when all of the other participants are users.

Clockwise takes the thinking out of finding a convenient meeting time. I love the calendar optimization ability which gives me larger blocks of free time. Also, it adds my zoom room to the meeting automatically which is something I often forget.

Cons

Minor but I wished the AI gave me a reminder to name my meeting instead of it showing up as "sync".
