We lost the feature to automatically move meetings to times that worked for all participants, and we've really missed that. Pros Calendar management can be a tedious and unnecessary task - Clockwise takes a lot of that task off my hands. I'd hate to lose it. I love how it automatically moves meetings to make contiguous blocks, pre-schedules my lunch time, syncs my personal calendar events into "busy" blocks on my work calendar, and automatically handles conflicts as they come up. It's a huge time saver. Cons Not everyone at my company uses Clockwise, so sometimes events can't be automatically managed. It is a good tool, it works properly to manage your agenda and also generates weekly reports that can be useful to visualize your productivity in that period of time. Pros Appointment reminders and focus times seem to me to be a great feature. Cons Sometimes you may be disconnected from Slack because it conflicts with other apps such as Google Calendar. The calendar optimizations have massively helped our team maximize heads down time and reducing the time spent scheduling internally and with customers. The interface is modern and clean. Scheduling links are professional and have dynamic capabilities that make me very confident that it improves the customer experience. Cons Clockwise core functions serve our team in the precise ways we need it to. As we grow I could imagine I think there could be ways that we would like to see the tool grow. It works and without a bunch of overtly problematic redundancies like some other scheduling platforms Pros Browser extensions make booking meetings and controlling my schedule pretty straightforward. Pros The interface is very simple and it does the function you need for a small business. We use it for time tracking, TO management and their seamless integration with QBO is great both for import and export. Also, customer service is great and very helpful. Cons It would be great if there were a way for them to do invoice input to QB. A function as the employees put the time in, and invoices are generated from it automatically to each charge code. It sents a daily notification/ overview of my calendar, and sends a summary at the end of the week to let me know how much time I spent in different kinds of calendar events. Cons I do wish clockwise offered more flexibility when it comes to reorganizing events. It seems sometimes when I reorganize, the integrations will be confused and end up not showing what meeting I am actually in. It simply does its job by organizing my calendar and keeping me informed (through Slack), and that's it. Brilliant. Pros \- When all people invited to a meeting use Clockwise, it automatically rearranges it in order to create focus time - Integration with Slack is very good. It warns me every time something is rescheduled and, in the morning, it sends me a summary of the day ahead Cons \- Since Clockwise relies so much on having as many colleagues as possible using it to properly work, I have to keep spreading the word all the time - Introduces some unpredictability to my life. Meetings that had always been at some fixed time of the day are now scattered all around my calendar.
