Pros Lo mejor es poder organizar mejor los horarios de trabajo de los equipos de trabajo, así no se generan tantas horas extra ni se da prioridad a tareas menos importantes que otras. Cons La falta de una traducción a más idiomas como el español puede ser un problema para aquellos que no dominen el inglés ya que es una herramienta bastante útil.
