It is an ok platform but I feel there is better with more options for add-ons and task management.

Pros

Friday CRM keeps track of clients for me in an organized manner. It is great for ease of use.

Cons

It is a slow platform that has quite a few error pop-ups.

Very positive. Once I'd got my head round routing our domain emails via Gmail I found it to be very straightforward.

Pros

I've been looking for a cheap/free/simple CRM to use with my band so that we can co-ordinate our communications with promoters etc. Email integration was key. Most of the cloud CRMs out there don't include that option in their free tiers and, besides, are far too narrowly focused on sales.

Cons

Some of it took a bit of getting used to but the customer service has been excellent thus far.

Reasons for choosing Friday CRM

It provides the most bang-for-no-bucks of any of the cloud CRMs that I surveyed.

The simplicity of the CRM in terms of set up, customization, and at-a-glance dashboard perspective make it easy for me to focus on what's immediate and important.

Cons

Nothing really that I would say is the very least. It's very user friendly.
