Software Engineer Computer Software Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "My Life with Friday CRM" April 21, 2022 3.0 at the start it did exactly what I was looking for, which was a central storage location to store contact information. But then I wanted to be able to tag information and enter products which I was unable to do. That combined with the sluggish response times (I might be unlucky here) became a deal breaker. Pros The application is free to use and does pretty much everything you want from a basic CRM such as contact management, customer support and project management. It was quick to setup an account. Cons I found the software to be a bit sluggish (compared with other CRMs).
