Pros I'm liking that it seems eas enough for novices to use and integrates with Google suite if we want it to. Cons I can't find much info or support, so a lot I don't know if is unavailable or I'm just missing. Like I left 3 notes in a person's record, but you can't see them in teh person's record. Only if i got to activity then they all show up. I want to see notes right there in the person's record or they'll be missed.
