No geral, o sults veio para facilitar nossa vida, conseguimos unificar e reduzir custos de outras ferramentas que atualmente temos dentro da SULTS. Sem contar o atendimento diferenciado de todos em que tive contato, sempre muito bem atendido e com resoluções pontuais. Agradeço demais ao \[conteúdo sensível escondido\] Obrigado a todos vocês!!

Pros

Tudo em um único lugar!! antes infelizmente era uma bagunça para o franqueado entender o nosos meio de comunicação como rede, hoje isso funciona muito bem graças a Sults!

Cons

Faltou a opção de copiar e colar na abertura de chamados (com o CTRL+C CTRL+V), outras ferramentas tem como nativo. Além disso, precisamos liberar urgente o modo conversa (que estamos usando em adm) mas os franqueados não sabem que existem.

Além de algumas ferramentas de leeds, criações de comunicados, Micropower e entre outros, a empresa como um todo visando em reduzir custos, tivemos uma indicação de outra empresa que já utilizou a ferramenta e com ajuda do time de operações conseguimos implementar, como sou da parte do TI acabei participando da integração, curtimos demais como a ferramenta funciona além de ajudar a rede no geral.

É possível tratar praticamente 100% dos processos na ferramenta. É completa e atende todas as demandas atuais da nossa rede. É uma ferramenta incrível!

Ferramenta intuitiva e completa. Configuração fácil, canal de ajuda extraordinário. Time de suporte sensacional . Atendeu toda a demanda.

Cons

Sinto falta somente de alguns filtros que facilitariam alguns processos no dia-a-dia, mas não alteram a funcionalidade, somente deixaria mais prático (sempre reportados como sugestão de melhoria). A gestão de unidades inativas seria de grande valia, para controle e indicadores de encerramentos. A criação de um módulo de FAQ também seria fantástico, para cada rede criar de forma particular. Uma visualização em estilo organograma dos colaboradores internos também seria interessante, ou filtro por área mostrando todos vinculados.

Sou usuario a mais de 3 anos e levei o Sults pra dentro do grupo 300. Sou fã do sistema e principalmente pelo atendimento e a parceria que estamos construindo.

Pros

Empresa ouve o cliente e aceita as sugestões, time sempre pronto para dar suporte.

Cons

Sinto falta de um Gerenciador de contratos e uma visão geral das marcas que fazemos a gestão.

Conseguimos centralizar nossas interações com a rede através de chamados, conseguimos informar diretrizes, novidades e orientações através de comunicados, temos todo o processo de captação de lead e acompanhamento até o processo de implantação de uma nova unidade. Disponibilizamos as trilhas, cursos e capacitações na universidade corporativa e também conseguimos centralizar as compras de alguns itens pelo módulo de compras.A experiência no geral é bastante satisfatória. Sem falar do suporte, que é muito ágil e atencioso!

Pros

Os módulos são de fácil utilização e implantação.Os recursos que se destacam são: chamados, comunicados, universidade corporativa e compras.A ferramenta têm nos ajudado muito para gestão da rede de franquias e está em constante atualização para atender cada vez mais e melhor os usuários.A possibilidade de ter todo o processo de entrada de lead até a inauguração da unidade também é outro destaque a trazer aqui.

Cons

Existem alguns relatórios que precisariam de mais abertura de dados, mas a Sults analisa cada sugestão de melhoria com muita seriedade e nos dá retorno sobre o que é demandado.

Poderia ter correio eletrônico interno, Integração com sistema financeiro, apresentando um dash board da sistuação da unidade ou da franqueadora, Sistema de Controle de Contratos (fornecedores, com os shoppings e outros locadores, Controle de Contratos de Franquia, integração com um sistema de treinamento à distância (embora seja o bom o atual), aplicação de IA nos Check Lists
