Pros

Workstream is a very user friendly software that integrates seamlessly with or company software. with just a few clicks you can go from recruiting to evaluating and setting up interviews.

Cons

We did an issue with the I9 portion if the software, however the help team got with the engineers and help resolve the issues.

Pros

We use this to help with the application product for our business. It helps speed up the process and take some of the work from us with new applicants. It allows us to screen applicants and they are only able to continue on to schedule an interview if you answer the screening questions correctly such as days you are available to work, how many hours you have to work, etc.

Cons

Nothing specifically that I can think of as far as cons go.

Amazing. We left and came back after a few months and we were delighted by the amount of new features.

Pros

The applicant flow is superb. We very rarely have a lack of applicants for any of our over 100 positions.

Cons

When we find a representative for our company we like, it usually changes quickly. Internal turnover would be nice, and reassignment should be based on past needs and if the new rep can meet those needs.
