Good, it's definitely something I'll continue using.

Pros

The usability was great, content was all great, variation of the themes and topics covered.

Cons

I wish there was more of a library function so that I could see what I've watched previously, could find suggested content etc. Also that way I could save playbooks and be able to find them again really easily.

In the meantime, remember you can bookmark pieces of content to your Hub homepage by clicking on the 'star' icon. Regarding the Playbooks, there should now be a 'Your Playbooks' section on your hub page which shows you all the playbooks that you have been invited to. If you can't see this, please let us know. ### "Podcasts and Audio "

Pros

I like the fact i can use my mobile to listen to podcasts through Spotify. I creates ease of use as I often travel and like to listen on the go.

Cons

Due to T2 not having a mobile app, it makes it really difficult to monitor my usage. As Spotify isn't linked either it looks as if i'm often not using it when in reality i am daily.

Pros

The Customer service Video's, Podcasts and PDF's are great for training my Customer Service team giving them and insight to all different scenarios and building there confidence in dealing with Customers

Need a few more Video options for CS Role

The fact that the tracking of Spotify podcasts is not included in the analytics means that it is difficult to manage and track

Excellent - great product and great people behind it/

Pros

Professional delivery without being stuffy. Done by really people sharing real experiences not simply reading for text books. Engaging without overpowering. Just long enough to keep you interested. Fun and educational.

Cons

could do with email groups if distributing to a lot of people.

trying to get your way around the Hub can be difficult at first but after a while once you've used it a few times its good.

Consistency of leadership development. The outcomes are that we now have consistency, although we are still working to embed use in those people who perhaps would benefit in it most.

Pros

I like that we have the content curated for us through use of bespoke pathways, but that you can search for other topics if anything unexpected comes up.

Cons

There isn't anything that I don't like really, although some people aren't engaging with it so it might be interesting to ask non engaged staff why that is (which this probably won't do as they won't meaningfully engage with this either!)

Helps to develop the business and yourself. Really transferable material.

Pros

Regular updates to your email which keeps you updated even when you aren’t logged on.

Cons

A lot of information, a questionnaire to figure out what the user is looking for would be great to limit it down and offer advise on which subjects we best/most useful.

Excellent for self development and support outside the use of a mentor/coach

Pros

The podcasts I find very useful. Allows the connection between theory and practice. Narrators very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Also like the email reminders that tells us what is new on the hub. Easy to dip into when you have a problem about people and want a practical solution to help you

Cons

I enjoy all parts of the hub, it would be easier if direct links could be sent to specific subjects.

Pros

The platform offers adhoc info when you need it on the job but also helps you prepare for any internal or external meetings / discussions

Cons

All content is in English, although I speak English fairly well, Dutch is just easier.

Pros

The Hub is really easy to use and navigate, and the content is arranged in a great, user-friendly way. I particularly like that all of the content has estimated time scales for reading/listening/watching, making it simple for our users to plan their time.

Cons

There isn't anything I don't like about the T2 Hub.

Pros

its easy to navigate and the content is top quality and in places not to straight- i.e. injected with a bit of humour.

Cons

I would like more time to use it- but that not the software's issue.

Great tool to refresh on attended sessions as part of The Great Leaders program. T2 frequently publish new content in all different forms to ensure its always accessible.

Cons

Sometimes can receive too many emails about content, but this ultimately shows how often it is updated. (So not so much a negative)
