My overall experience with this software is good and I have recommended this to my friend and he is also using it.

Pros

The best thing I like about Aiosell is its user interface, it is really easy to understand and operate. The payment options are wide. Also I would like to highlight their customer support whether its by email or telephonic support.

Cons

If the revenue reports could have been more elaborated and description would have been mentioned in all revenue and financial options.

What I like most is the automation, it’s truly intelligent and cloud base . Rate changes, availability sync, and booking confirmations all happen in real time, which helps boost efficiency and revenue without extra effort. Support is responsive, and setup was surprisingly straightforward.

Cons

To maximize the benefits of Aiosell, it would be helpful if the system allowed seamless back-end connectivity and full independent access for the property. This would enable us to manage the platform more autonomously and tap into its full functionality without relying on external assistance.

Really liked the easy to use interface. it is one of the best channel manager came across, under decent budget. best for mid to large size hotels.

Vlaue for money, easy to use interface, best for mid size to large size hotels, budget friendly, the team is supportive.

Cons

takes a little time for integration with the OTA, to suggest, keep a vbuffer of a day or two while switching the channel manager.

App functionality and user experience. Adjusting reservation blocks is not simple as drag an drop as on the website, and is much more tedious. Adjusting prices in new reservations on the app is impossible.

Cons

I can't find anything I least like about Aiosell. Aisoell had assisted in all bookings during the low period and get connections to major online travel agent when local bookings were slow.

The app that aiosell has is not that stable. The app crashes a lot and there is also some lag in the app.

They are always ready to help us resolve any query. Personally, being an Architectural Designer, Aiosell has helped me become an Hotelier - Thank You so much Aiosell and Team, you all are really doing a great job. Keep Going, build more tools and products to make Hotel Management and Operations more easier and better for all.

User Friendly Software - Excellent Support Staff - Variable Software Tools, Flexible to Hotelier's need - Pricing Just Right.

Cons

They are not available on weekends (Sunday) - If we have any query to resolve, we do it the following day only. The Price for the RMS Tool can be reduced a little.
