Pros

I like that it has all of our Multifamily forms. Easy to fill in.

Cons

Pain to search for documents unless you’re in a residents account.

Pros

It's easy to use once you learn how to use it. I had proper training so I have a pretty easy time navigating it.

Cons

Some of the new changes have confused me but I'm adapting.

I like that they keep very up to date on Oregon landlord tenant law and implement pro-active changes.

Pros

This is an easy to use program. Our office uses it to create leases and other forms.

Cons

Sometimes property settings can be difficult to work with if you have different properties with different rules.
