### "Easy-to-Use CRM That Improves Accountability"

Overall, Wingmate has made tracking sales reps very easy and has improved visibility into day-to-day activities. There was a fair amount of upfront setup required, especially building out the fields and structure we needed, but I feel like I’m getting close to having everything in place. It’s been effective for keeping things organized and ensuring accountability across the team. Our account manager has also been amazing throughout the proces, he is very responsive and helpful with any questions, which has made a big difference in getting everything set up correctly and making the experience a positive one.

Pros

Simple, visually appealing CRM with a clean layout. Makes capturing leads and tracking activity easy. The “fly fill” and talk-to-text features make it quick to enter lead details while sales reps are on the go. Improves accountability by ensuring reps are logging interactions and staying on top of follow-ups.

Cons

One of the biggest drawbacks is the lack of a built-in framework or standardized structure. All fields, subfields, and tracking elements must be created manually, which takes time and requires upfront planning. While this allows for flexibility, it can also lead to inconsistencies in how data is captured across the team. Additionally, having multiple places to filter and track data can be confusing, especially for new users trying to navigate the system. This can make it harder to maintain a clear and consistent view of activity. Overall, it works well once set up, but requires ongoing discipline and management to get the most value.

My experience with Wingmate is very positive and user friendly. The level of support is unmatched compared to other CRM platforms we have used previously.

Pros

Wingmate is a robust tool for lead management and helps my team operate at the top of our game. Wingmate support is always available and ready to optimize. Wingmate is highly recommended.

Cons

I wish we could see the hybrid map views via the mobile app. However, the support team is actively working on this for us!

Overall I am happy and satisfied. It has many features that make it easy to go through different leads.

Pros

Easy to navigate - big fan of the map view for leads The filter options and how you can save different filters is a huge benefit.

Cons

Sometimes it is hard to find a lead through the search if you don't have the exact formatting - Can search through address and lead name but it would be nice if leads could also be searched by phone number

### "Great pipeline management"

Wingmate is good for relationship and activity management. The pipeline view is the best and managing/moving the cards will help you manage your sales process and close deals.

Pros

Mobile-friendly, nice map feature, good Kanban style board for managing leads. Very easy to use and understand.

Cons

Unable to attribute lead activity to a specific contact. Desktop site glitchy, needs regular refreshing.

Cons

A few good features require an extra premium to pay. I would appreciate if standard licenses cover those features.

Overall, it was a good experience. It was there to gather client information & leave activities after each sales call.

Pros

Wingmate is easy to access & whenever I had questions, our contact had answers almost immediately. I also liked Wingmate because I could see all my activities in one place.

Cons

At times, I've used the Wingmate Mobile App in rural areas and sometimes I had to duplicate my activities because my initial activity wouldn't register. Also, internally, Wingmate didn't "talk" to the other software we use.

Pros

Allowed us to track our sales force more accurately. We were able to have weekly meetings and really dig into where we were successful and where we needed more focus.

Cons

No cons. This was a great addition to our company at a time when we really needed more details and info about our sales visits.

Camera with google sometimes does not bring up address when trying to identify a new business.

### "Buyer Beware - Learn From Our Mistake"

Not great. As mentioned in detail above, the product itself is not bad. The customer service, relational aspect was horrible. Given that there's so many comparable products out there, you'd think the service would be used as a differentiator. No.

Pros

An intuitive UI, very polished and well put together. Like any similar product, if you do not manage it and expend the time/energy in maintaining it, you will get back what you put into it. The tool itself seems like a decent product.

Cons

Full transparency - the member of management who initiated this partnership was passionate in the beginning but struggled with getting buy-in from the intended users. After a very short period of time, passion waned and this product was "put on the shelf" though continued to be paid for. Approximately two years later, the original member of our team who set this up having departed the company, we took another look. We realized we had been paying for services that had not received any material usage for those two years, completely our fault. Of course, when we decided that this was not something we were willing to pursue at the time with the level of dedication and fervor it would require to be worth the expense, we reached out and requested cancellation of services. Unfortunately, for us, the original commitment had apparently auto renewed not once, but twice, the previous renewal being only two months prior. We said we understood, explained our reasoning for cancellation, assured Wingmate that we owned the waste of money by not actually using the services and asked for some grace in releasing us from the auto renewal term, given that we'd paid loyally for those 2+ years. We were told "The contract is the contract. If you quit, you will still pay." We were offered an opportunity to "pause" our service, but by this point the tone had been set. We were a recurring revenue number, not a client they valued a relationship with, either now or potentially in the future when we WERE ready to devote the time to using their admittedly well designed product. At this point, we will continue to pay for the remainder of the term - again, this was our fault ultimately, since we fell asleep at the wheel - but would not dream of doing business with this company again. There are many similar services, many better, some worse. But customer service/relationships can often mean more than price, and this is one relationship we'd like to have no further part of. Buyer beware - this product may work fantastically for you. But if you are not committed to managing it, every single day/week/month, you will get what you put in and will receive no grace/sympathy from the vendor should you make our mistake and not very carefully monitor their perpetual renewal agreements should you decide to quit. You will find no actual written terms detailing what it will cost to quit early, only a reference to the Terms of Service on the contract you signed, which they can of course change at whim, with or without your consent. You can, of course, refuse to agree to the Terms of Service and quit but "the contract is the contract".

We switched from a manual paper sales leads sheet to this system that has improved the number of leads being generated from the outside workforce. It's a simple system to help improve incoming sales leads and track their performance.

Pros

\- Ease of use for the team in the field - Ability for field users to track progress of sales leads they captured - An easy way to track commissions paid on closed sales leads

Cons

The only thing I would like to see changed is the ability for us to add/remove users ourselves instead of submitting a request.

Overall I love the way Wingmate allows me to excel at my job. I am able to connect with my Frontline co-workers and have them feed me new and exciting leads, in order for me to be successful in my role. Feedback is quick and easy to review, as I get email notifications any time the app is updated.

Pros

I like the user friendliness of the software. Even if your not the most computer literate person, the software is easy to learn and use. I also like how it's easy to navigate through the different pages with just a simple click of button and how easy it is to stay connected to other users within the app.

Cons

The one flaw I would say the software has, is the lack of confirmation when changing the status of a lead. For example if I wanted to change the status to a lead back to its original status, I don't have access to do so myself. Other than that, I really enjoy the software and all its functionalities!

Since the deal stages are tied to the rewards for frontline workers, we do not have the functionality for sales accounts to move leads back. ### "Wingmate Can Be A Valuable Asset"

So far I find it easy to use, but get the feeling it's still in the earlier stages of development. Once they get a few bugs worked out, it will have greater potential. I do recommend the app.

Pros

The functionality of the app is pretty good. It's easy to capture what you need quickly while out & about. The design/interface isn't confusing.

Cons

When comparing it to the website version, some drop-downs/menus simply don't match up (ie more options on the web version). Also, the different tabs at the top within the app do not display leads properly unless you close the app then reopen.

I have to say Wingmate has changed the way I view our front line, not only is it a tool for us Salesmen but our drivers now have the ability to act as a Salesmen while delivering our promises. It gives them a tool to use in their everyday duties. Being from operations in my previous position with Purolator, it was really nice to see that our driver's voices are being heard and I have a direct roll into making that a dream come true.

Pros

The thing I like most about Wingmate is that Wingmate was able to give our driver's a voice that is being heard. Wingmate is that tool that has bridged that gap between or front line and our Sales team.

Cons

The only thing I liked the least about Wingmate is that fact that it scares some of our older drivers away, who in fact would actually be bringing in Gold. Other than that I have 0 complains. Great software and tool to get the job done!

I have had a pleasant experience since we launched this program. I have spoken to all members on the Wingmate team and received excellent customer service from all.

Pros

Easy to use on a mobile device and desktop. Greatly improves communication amongst departments and teammates. Prompt and efficient support from the Wingmate team. Removes the need for paper documentation of a prospect or lead.

Cons

Quite some time ago, I would have said I least like the inability to search existing leads. Prompt attention was given to this issue. A solution was implemented fast. At this time, I do not have a "con" related to this program.

Everyone we have worked with has been pleasant to talk to, quick to respond to any issue and very helpful.

Pros

The product is very user friendly and is very quick. Time is always pressing on the route and this tool assists them in giving sales great leads quickly while making some extra flash cash for themselves.

Cons

The reporting tools are something that needs work. When picking a date range, the leads shown per person seem to be what is being worked in real time instead of what was submitted. The total sales made can not be broken down by a date range, just a total.

Pros

I love how easy this platform is to use. I can access Wingmate right from my phone at any moment. It is also easy for people to send in leads. In a world where no one wants to waste time, Wingmate makes it easy for anyone at any time to send in a lead in seconds.

Cons

Not much to dislike, but if I were to pick anything I would want is easier to see the title of every lead. Sometimes I am searching for leads and I cannot find the exact one I am looking for right away.

A side benefit has been the increased communication between the different departments. The more sets of eyes we have out there, the better the results have been!

### "Helps Where our Other Software Falls Short "

Field repair and quote turn around. Tracking of repairs needed.

Pros

Incentive for the field to pass on repair information and allows the office to quickly turn around quotes.

Cons

Does not integrate with Jonas ERP software. It can be redundant to our Pipedrive CRM so it's not always used to the end of a process. I would like to be able to use it as our sole CRM software but it isn't at the level of Pipedrive or Salesforce
