Not good at all. team response, issue resolve time, overall platform features and overall user experience is not good

Pros

Only the bot one feature, replying greeting messages automatically after setup is good.

Cons

Worst thing is their response time. we are using this platform from last one year in our Trekyaari company but when we faced issue, their team's response is very slow. Recently they updated their sytem version and changed the whole UI of chat but no information and training provided. our money got wasted for the leads.

I hired them for a development project and paid ₹1,00,000 upfront, expecting professional service. However, for over a month, they failed to deliver anything, giving endless excuses and delays. Eventually, they admitted they couldn’t complete the project but refused to refund the money.

Pros

Nothing, but I did like their tricks of cheating, misselling, false commitment

Cons

As I said, nothing. All they do is false commitment, they are doing a Development Scam
