Muy buena plataforma, muy recomendable para pequeñas y medianas empresas por su capacidad funcional rápida e intuitiva.

Pros

Facilidad de uso de la plataforma, Gestión y ejecución de Nomina de forma sencilla, beneficios y prestaciones agregan mucho valor a mi estructura de RH.

Cons

Atención a los casos de soporte que enviamos, a veces nos dan respuestas genéricas, las incidencias las resuelven pero podría mejorar respuesta inicial.

Excelente tenemos años utilizando RUNA somos de los primeros clientes.

Pros

Runa ha sido un aliado estrategico en el manejo de nomina , facil de llevar la administracion de RRHH , ademas de prestaciones y beneficios.

Cons

Lo que menos me ha gustado de RUNA es tal vez que sus Ejecutivos de Atencion a Clientes fuera del chat han rotado y de pronto hay temas que no se sabe a quien dirigirse.

Facil de Usar, intuitiva y nos ayudaba a saber quienes estaban de vacaciones con el calednario.

Cons

Para el control de vacaciones no pudimos dejarlo bien setteado.

En general es buen producto, creo que deberia de ser mas barato el costo fijo, para empresas chicas que no tenemos mucho personal deberia de ser por empleados.

Pros

Facilidad en el calculo y timbre. Excelente producto. La dispersion también es una ventaja, poder depsoitar a cualquier cuenta independientemente del banco.

Cons

No me gusta el sistema de asistencia, creo que podria mejorar pues no confio que la gente use su codigo. Me gustaria dejar una rablet fija y ahi hicieran su asistencia. Algo asi como los checadores tradicionales. También creo que pudieran mejorar en los reportes, medidores como rotacion, 360, evaluaciones, etc

Yo tengo la nomina administrada por lo que no he batallado mucho haciendo configuraciones, la plataforma tiene una interfaz decente y la empresa tiene buenos asesores, me ha ahorrado muchísimo tiempo y esfuerzo comparado con llevar la nómina yo mismo. Por otro lado no hay certeza de que te respondan rápido las peticiones de asesoría o de que cumplan a cabalidad con el calendario que ellos mismos proponen, pues sus asesores están usualmente sobresaturados con muchos clientes. Aunque esto ha mejorado bastante en los últimos meses.

Pros

Plataforma para nominas bastante completa Calendario de Eventos Centralizados Recibos enviados automáticamente Autoservicio de empleados para sus datos personales

Cons

No llegan las notificaciones para aprobaciones La interfaz no es muy amigable

Ha sido una gran experiencia trabajar con runahr, siempre me han atendido cuando te una duda o requerimiento técnico.

Pros

Me gusta que es un sistema intuitivo, que permite la interacción con tus empleados en tiempo real, almacenamiento de documentos, lo que permite tener un expediente por empleado. Actualizaciones fiscales al día. Que es un sistema en la nube.

Cons

El tema de vacaciones, que no contabiliza las del año "vencido", solo acumula el total por pagar.

Excelente servicio siempre! Ya no tenemos que preocuparnos por hacer los cálculos ya que ellos se encargan de todo, nosotros unicamente revisamos que la información venga en orden

Pros

El servicio, nuestros asesores siempre están al pendiente y dispuestos a apoyar y solucionar dudas. Nos facilita mucho la gestión de los pagos y las retenciones.

Cons

Lo único que mejoraria es la gestión de los dias de vacaciones en su plataforma

Algunos pequeños errores en la reactivación de un empleado cuando dejó de laborar y es vuelto a contratar meses despues.

Excelente. Es fácil y práctico. Nos gusta la atención que tenemos de la persona que lleva nuestra cuenta y los cálculos son fáciles de leer.
