Je trouve se logiciel particulièrement bien réalisé, son utilisation est assez simple et ont a la possibilité de faire vraiment presque tout se que l’ont souhaite . Et l’assistance en ligne est vraiment rapide à et très efficace. Je recommande de logiciel fortement après avoir fait la comparaison avec 5 autres

INFast me permet de gagner en rapidité sur la création et l'édition de mes devis. Mon activité de développeur me demande d'être très explicite sur les prestations à facturer, c'est donc un outil sur lequel je passe beaucoup de temps. L'interface facile à prendre en main, ergonomique et en plus jolie, permet de renouer avec cet aspect de mon activité.

Pros

L'outil permet de faire tout ce dont j'ai le plus besoin c'est-à-dire de la création de devis et de la facturation pour mon activité. En cas de bloquage, la documentation ou le support peuvent facilement et rapidement venir en aide. J'ai découvert de cette manière il y a quelques temps, la création de factures de situations.

Cons

La partie analyse de données et KPI sur l'activité pourrait être mieux développé, même si de nouvelles fonctionnalités de graphs ont été mises en place, l'UI n'est pas très agréable à l'utilisation et certaines informations manquent encore.

Pros

Le logiciel est très pratique et intuitif. Grâce aux factures de Situation nous pouvons mieux gérer notre trésorerie en faisant des factures selon l'avancement des travaux.

Très positive, très adaptée à ma clientèle, pas toujours à l'aise avec l'outil informatique.

Pros

Une solution simple à mettre en place, avec un CRM light qui permet de gérer sans aucun problème mon quotidien d'AE. Un SAV réactif à la minute près, toujours dispo pour résoudre mes soucis, qu'ils soient entre la chaise et le clavier ou non.

Cons

Quelques problématiques métiers rencontrées parfois, mais qui sont facilement solutionnées en adaptant mon workflow.

Utilisée tous les jours, cette application fonctionne et fait ce qu'on lui demande dans un environnement très agréable à utiliser.

Pros

On respire à chaque fois qu'on utilise cette application. Elle est très agréable à utiliser. L'interface est fluide, évidente.

Cons

Des points faibles ? Peut-être que si on avait la possibilité de consulter la liste des clients traités dans la journée, ça serait encore plus pratique. Peut-être dans le moteur de recherche l'ajout d'options de recherches avancées (localités, métrages, nom, SCI...) permettrait une utilisation plus fluide.
