Mooncard automates the creation, processing, and validation of expense reports with no manual entry required. Each business expense is paid using a Mooncard Visa card. Upon payment, the user is prompted to photograph the receipt. The expense report is then automatically generated using OCR and bank reconciliation. All key data is pre-filled: amount, date, VAT, category, merchant name. Receipts are archived with legal value, and 97% are retrieved within 24 hours. Validation flows follow your internal policy, and entries are exported directly to your accounting system.
