Très bonne expérience dans 3 installations différentes dans 3 entreprises différentes avec des structurations différentes également.

Pros

Evolutions rapides et site carrière performant. Ensuite beaucoup d'évolutions arrivent avant même que nous en ayons exprimé la demande.

Cons

Quelques fois des fonctionnalités qui ont mis du temps a être opérationnelles. Peu d'interface sortants également.

Expérience satisfaisante, rien à redire pour l'utilisation que j'en ai au quotidien (utilisation moyenne)

L'ergonomie de l'interface, facile de prise en main même sans formation du moment où on est un tant soit peu curieux

Cons

J'aimerais pouvoir retrouver les offres archivées avec le contenu de l'offre d'emploi. Je l'ai déjà fait remonter et apparemment cela est en cours donc à part ça RAS

Softy permet clairement de gagner du temps, d'être organisé dans le suivi du recrutement, de pouvoir répondre à toutes les candidatures rapidement et de façon claire.

Cons

Le fait de ne pas pouvoir modifier le profil candidat en cas d'erreur si celui-ci a postulé via un jobboard.

L'outil a parfaitement répondu aux attentes que nous avions pour un ATS adapté à notre organisation.

Pros

Softy offre les fonctionnalités que nous attendons d'un ATS en restant simple d'utilisation et souple dans sa décentralisation pour un groupe multi-sites comme le nôtre.

Cons

La relation avec les jobboards payants oblige à adapter le fonctionnement sur SOFTY(Hellowork notamment). Les équipes Altagile ont été présentes et nous avons trouvé avec Hellowork la solution pour fonctionner de la façon la plus simple possible.

Pros

la mise en ligne des annonces, très fluide, ergonomique, ça s'apprend vite.L'équipe technique prend en charge rapidement nos tickets, en moins de 24h vous avez une réponse.Softy est plutôt facile d'utilisation ce qui est agréable.

Cons

Les statuts sont "trop sensibles", quand on passe la souris sur le statut du candidat parfois on clique sans faire exprès sur un statut et cette action est irréversible. On ne peut pas les modifier dans l'espace collaboratif.Dans les statistiques on devrait pouvoir retrouver facilement les candidats recrutés en cliquant sur "Candidats recrutés" dommage qu'on ne puisse pas le faire, du coup on perd du temps à recouper les informations.On est limité dans la partie illustration du haut quand on souhaite modifier le site carrière et finalement notre site ressemble à celui de Free et surement d'autres. C'est finalement le même template pour tous les clients. Dommage pour la personnalisation. Et du coup on voit qu'on sort de notre site quand on clique sur "rejoignez-nous" puisque l'URL n'est plus la même.

L'interface SOFTY est très lisible, agréable à utiliser et très simple d'utilisation.Tout est visuel, la prise en main est simple et rapide.SOFTY permet de répondre à TOUS nos candidats ce qui est très satisfaisant pour tous les candidats.On nous loupe aucune candidature et la CVthèque est un vrai +

Cons

Nous aimerions parfois crée des "offres brouillons" pour les envoyer aux managers pour validation avant la publication.Cela n'est pas vraiment possible mais globalement je ne vois pas d'inconvénients.
