Fazit: Nach 2 Jahren sind wir mit dem WBI noch lange nicht am Ziel, aber wir können uns eine Arbeit ohne dieses Tool und den dazugehörigen Denkansatz nicht mehr vorstellen.

Pros

In einem KMU steckt das Wissen nicht in Abteilungen wo jede Position im Idealfall abgesichert ist, sondern in Einzelpersonen. Dieses Wissen galt es zu digitalisieren und im Unternehmen zu halten, auch wenn Wechsel aus altersbedingten Gründen oder Arbeitgeberwechsel eintreten. Die Grundidee war es auch, das Wissen bei der Generationenübergabe niederzuschreiben, zu organisieren und allen notwendigen Personen bereitzustellen. Es sind oftmals ganz banale Dinge, wie eine aktualisierte Telefonliste, das WLAN-Passwort oder die Sicherheitsunterlagen, reicht aber auch bis hin zu Schnittstellenbeschreibungen, Projekten, Marketingplanungen oder Kontenplänen. In der Zwischenzeit läuft auch viel Berichtwesen über unser WBI.

Cons

Durch das sehr motivierte Team werden Nachteile eigentlich gleich aufgegriffen und zeitnah Lösungsansätze präsentiert. Wenn es ruckelt, dann ist das meist beim eigenen Mitarbeiterteam, das anfänglich immer wieder auf die neue Arbeitsweise hingewiesen werden muss - aber es überwiegen schnell die Vorteile und alles bekommt eine Eigendynamik.

WiVio ist mehr als eine Software. Es ist eine Methodik und eine Software. Wer sich darauf einlässt kann sehr profitieren und eine stetige Weiterentwicklung in der Organisation verankern. Es ist noch sehr viel Potential ungenützt soll aber kommen (Integrationen, Auswertungen, ..). Für mich das größte Alleinstellungsmerkmal ist, dass ich keine vergleichbare Software kenne , welche für dieses Einsatzgebiet so konzipiert wurde und nicht "nur" von einer anderen Software angepasst wurde.

Pros

Sehr gute Kombination aus Methodik, Goveranance und Software. Die Software mit der darunterliegenden Methodik löst Probleme der meisten Intranets (Aktualität, Verantwortung und bestätigte Information) ohne Mehraufwand. Außerdem ermöglicht es nicht nur die Wissensicherung und Verbreitung sondern erhöht auch die Übersicht für Führungskräfte über aktuelle Themen. Wir verwenden die Software auch in weiteren Anwendungsbereichen zum Sichern des Wissens und der Weiterentwicklung wie z.B. auch Projektmanagement oder der Customer Journey.

Cons

Software selbst ist (noch) jung und gewisse Funktionalitäten kommen erst nach und nach. Integration in andere Systeme wie MS Teams sind erst in der BETA oder auf der Roadmap. Ebenfalls ist die API noch nicht verfügbar - viel Potential auf das wir noch warten müssen. Software ohne Microsoft Lizenzen nicht brauchbar (Word, Excel, ..).

Wivio ist zwar eine Software, dahinter ist aber eine Methode als ganzheitlicher Ansatz wie ein Unternehmen mit Wissen führbar ist. Kommunikation, Delelgation, Verbesserung, KVP, bis QS und ITIL

Pros

Man bekommt gleich ein Starterpaket an Dokumenten und Content Der Ansatz über Office Dokumente ist niederschwellig und jeder kann sofort mitarbeiten, auch wenn er kein HTML kann wie in Wikis

Cons

2FA Authentifizierung sollte noch kommen. Automatisierung von administrativen Tätigkeiten (Eintritt, Austritt)

Wir Nutzen WBI in unserem täglichen Arbeiten um unser Wissen zu sichern und zu teilen sowie als Führungsinstrument um gewisse Themen loszutreten. Bis wir WBI eingeführt haben war das Wissen über unzählige Laufwerke, Server, PC's und Posteingänge verstreut. Mit Hilfe der Software und der praxisnahen Beratung von WBI haben wir es innerhalb kurzer Zeit geschafft das bestehende Wissen für alle, immer aktuell an einem zentralen Ort zur Verfügung zu stellen. Inzwischen Fragen wir uns wie wir davor arbeiten konnten.

Pros

äußerst einfache Bedienung und durch die Verwendung von Office (Word, Excel,...) als Wissenscontainer unkompliziert im Unternehmen zu etablieren schnelles Finden der gesuchten Inhalte mit sehr gute Suche durch hohe Trefferquote

Cons

eigenständige Bearbeitung der Vorlagen (Ci/CD usw) aktuell nicht möglich - hierzu wird der Support von WBI benötigt soll aber kommen :)
