"Buzz into the web with ScrapingBee"

**Overall:** ScrapingBee is a great proxy service to use at scale for companies looking to ingest tons of web data

**Pros:** Request times, ease of integration, cost effective, ScrapingBee's customer relationship management and documentation.

**Cons:** Lack of more structured responses for SERP API, and instead returning only HTML which requires further parsing

**Switched From:** [ScraperAPI](https://www.capterra.com/p/238595/Scraper-API/)

**Reasons for Switching to ScrapingBee:** ScraperAPI had unexpected cost hikes without intimiating users, making our ScraperAPI costs jump 10x overnight. ScrapingBee has a more uniform and predictable approach to pricing.

"ScrapingBee Success"

**Overall:** I’ve been using ScrapingBee for years, and it’s been an extremely reliable service throughout that time. The platform consistently delivers stable performance, handles anti-bot protections well, and requires very little maintenance once set up. Overall, it’s a dependable solution that I trust for long-term, production-level web scraping projects.

**Pros:** What I liked most is how simple ScrapingBee is to use. The API is intuitive, documentation is clear, and I was able to start scraping production sites quickly without worrying about proxy setup or browser automation.

**Cons:** The main downside is pricing, which can get expensive as usage scales. Credits are consumed quickly when using JavaScript rendering or advanced features, making it harder to justify for smaller projects or teams with unpredictable scraping volumes.
