It's great for keeping track of employee hours and managing payments, and the interfaces are extremely user friendly for the most part. Their customer service is very good as well.

Poor response to mistakes made and still to this day the mistakes made and admitted to have not been corrected.
They are suppose to provide professional services and according to my accountant and the TWC they are not held liable for their gross incompetence.
Every quarter I would got noticed from the state saying my taxes were paid wrong. They don't check your amounts due for taxes.
The website occasionally has issues loading, I don't know if it's due to high traffic or some other issue, but it can sometimes be frustrating when the page is unavailable.

Pros: It is smarter and easier to use. Has an advanced technology which simplifies work for the best. Most of the work can be done on the mobile app remotely.
Cons: Full of benefits. However, during peak hours, it is hard to process data due to loading issues. This becomes worse when you are using the mobile app.

Overall: Poor response to mistakes made and still to this day the mistakes made and admitted to have not been corrected.
Pros: Nothing at all. Their service was forgetful and slow when they did respond to me bringing to their attention their mistakes with payroll. Email communications between myself and the company did not help resolve the matter.
Cons: Mistakes were not reversed even though many attempts were made on my behalf to communicate those mistakes. Their response to me took months when it should have takes days.

Overall: We have been using Heartland Payroll+ for automation of payments to the employees without worrying for the time. It is being used as tracking real time data of the employee and with the help of other Heartland tool, we can keep track of employees attendance and reimburse payments as per deductions and add ons.
Pros: The Heartland Payroll+ has a good user interface when one has to add employees on the dashboard and automate payroll to their respective accounts. We can keep the details of each individual in a seperate vault for future reference.
Cons: The time for payment processing is not up to the mark. Other payroll services I have used in past had better service in terms of processing time.
