It is being used as tracking real time data of the employee and with the help of other Heartland tool, we can keep track of employees attendance and reimburse payments as per deductions and add ons. Pros The Heartland Payroll+ has a good user interface when one has to add employees on the dashboard and automate payroll to their respective accounts. We can keep the details of each individual in a seperate vault for future reference. Cons The time for payment processing is not up to the mark. Other payroll services I have used in past had better service in terms of processing time.
