My experience at Heartland Restaurant was enjoyable. The quality of food and service stood out, but the extended wait time and cost could be improved.

Pros

The food was flavorful and fresh, with a wide variety of options. The ambiance was cozy and inviting. The staff were attentive and friendly.

Cons

The wait time for food was longer than expected. Pricing felt slightly higher for some dishes compared to similar restaurants.

First of all,their support team is always available all day and night.The experience was awesome and very effective.

Pros

We've used it for 18 months and to be honest I regret not making it our priority from the beginning. I use it for employees management, tracking their breaks attendance and scheduling their shifts. We also offer online ordering and dine in orders courtesy of Heartland Restaurant. A magnificent software like no other.

Cons

It was quite helpful to us. We have nothing major to write here. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to elevate his or her business.

Cons

I have not have any negative experience with genius so far so I would not have any least liking till date.

### "Heartland Retail - be Cautious "

Poor - before this I would have said I really like the system. This has made me rethink using them. The local sales rep has been no help and only frustrating me more.

Pros

Online support is great but the local sales rep is NO help and not worth changing to the new ENO system they are now trying to sell you on.

Cons

I have used heartland retail since 2020. We have had issues over the years but usually could call the support and it’s fixed that same days. I made the HUGE mistake of working with the local sales representative (who sold me on him living near by and could pop by anytime an help me). He came on a Tuesday installed the new Eno Heartland Retail system with in hours the system didn’t work. I am texting and calling - I had a good customer come thru to check out and the machine just stopped working. I get it back online and it’s incredibly slow. To put in a customers name takes so long and it’s just slowly loading. Day two still problems - so slow and then all of my equipment doesn’t work. The label printer will not connect to the new system and my sales rep told me to not add it to the POS because it could slow it down and now I’m realizing he must have known how terrible and slow the new system is because he cautioned me multiple times about adding anything else to the POS. It should have been a red flag. My advice to don’t switch - the new system is terrible and not worth the headache.

Pros

Combines POS, payments, reporting, inventory AND customer data all in one system! So efficient and easy to manage.

Cons

Being that there is such a wide feature set the learning curve did take a bit of time but that is expected with any intricate app.

### "Magnificent Standalone POS device"

Running a bar is not easy but Heartland Restaurant has made it a dream come true to run the bar without hassles. The standalone POS device is a great invention.

What I like less about it is the time taken to contact customer service.

It works well for pos system easy to install.

Cons

It glitches. I’ve had issues sometimes with the system restarting in the middle of a transaction

Pros

Restaurant management, order management and payment processing is what make this software incredible and life saver for restaurant business. It help to run restaurant operation easier and ensure we able to cater more customer on peak hours. Table turned and reservation system by the application is indeed helpful and gives customer a positive experience.

Cons

Only few minor issues like screen frozen and interface not loading that happen when we are busy. It just need for a quick reboot before it can operate again.

They make use of good and healthy food ingredients that gives nutrients to the body but they should try and work their staffs.

Pros

They offer varieties of food, healthy food dishes with vegetarians. The restaurant make use of quality ingredients.

Cons

Some of their staffs can speak English fluently and they don't attend to customers on time which make a lot of people complain about the restaurant

Heartland restaurant has been great for our online ordering system. It has made everything, from checkout to delivery, way easier to manage. The performance reports are very detailed as well I must add. setting it up was simple also and it I customized it to fit our restaurant needs. the digitization of the menu items is also a really nice touch.
