Pros

  • I like how it integrated into the existing system. The reward points programme is what we were looking for and it has reaped benefits for both our customers and the restaurant.

  • Foodies are really overjoyed with the reward schemes inside heartland Restaurant. They especially adore one plus one free schemes.

  • I am happy and a loyal Heartland Restaurant user. Customers can submit their feedbacks on what they loved about us or on where to improve.

  • Reliable with reporting on sales in real-time. Outstanding with inventory tracking and control.

Cons

  • There was a bit of a glare when they brought the apparatus over for us to sign nd pay with.

  • What they save in low startup fees, they absolutely kill you on the back end with equipment "rental" fees. We are paying an arm and a leg for equipment where we are locked in to a 3-year contract.

  • Splitting checks sometimes doesn't work as well as it should.

  • Some features are missing but development is continuing and software update releases happen every month.

"Don't look further, you won't get a better restaurant POS than Heartland Restaurant."

Overall: It has been a very profitable experience using Heartland Restaurant as our POS to run our restaurant. Our business has really flourished in terms of the online orders we get to delivery to our customers. It has helped us streamline operations within the restaurant making things to flow seamlessly from the kitchen to the guests.

Pros: Heartland Restaurant provides us with an outstanding online ordering tools that has helped us to simplify the whole food ordering process from check out to delivery. It provides us with detailed performance reports that gives us the basis on what to improve on and what to maintain. Setting up Heartland Restaurant was very straightforward and its ease of customization allowed us to have a perfect POS for our restaurant.

Cons: There has never been an struggles working with Heartland Restaurant and there are no negative remarks to make.

"Changed restaurant completely for good"

Pros: The point of sale and POS is completely changed. The menu items are digitized as per Heartland Restaurants initiative. Great change overall.

Cons: In a while, I am not troubled by any of its aspects.

"Expensive"

Pros: The software that was offered worked well.

"This is the secret behind a thriving restaurant, give it a shot."

Overall: How I wish I knew about it a bit earlier. Turn your restaurant into a home by choosing the best. Most efficient workflow.

Pros: If you are looking for a permanent solution, Heartland Restaurant is the best. An easy to use restaurant management system which allows us to track cash flow, monitor inventory,and manage our employees like a legend. Kudos! The award winning restaurant management software.

Cons: Everything about Heartland Restaurant is incredible nothing to complain about.
