Many of the staff members have been exceedingly helpful and kind. From the beginning, they have been welcoming and willing to assist with any questions or needs that come up. Their friendly attitude makes it easy to communicate and feel supported throughout the experience. They take the time to listen carefully and provide clear, thoughtful responses, which helps everything run smoothly. Even when issues arise, they remain patient and professional, making sure concerns are addressed properly. Overall, their kindness and helpful approach have made a positive difference and contributed greatly to a pleasant and comfortable overall experience with the service provided.

Pros

The equipment was provided at no cost, which made it very accessible and easy to get started. Having free equipment is a significant benefit, especially for those who are trying the service for the first time or managing a limited budget. It helps reduce the upfront investment and allows users to focus on the service itself rather than initial expenses. While there may still be ongoing costs depending on usage or service plans, the free equipment adds strong value overall. It is a helpful feature that makes the service more approachable and lowers the barrier to entry for new customers.

Cons

Customer support is handled overseas, and overall the experience has been positive. The representatives I have spoken with have been very nice, polite, and willing to help with my questions. It works very well for our small business! The sales process was easy, and the set-up took less than 20 minutes.

Pros

Really easy to set-up and use! We got our device and were selling the next day! We were able to load in our best sellers and make it really fast to check people out!

Cons

No problems so far! We like that the device is very simple and does not have extra apps or any other capabilities.

I was told it was free device. I was told the processing fees was 2.6% plus .10 cents. After i signed up and few documents later i found out i was paying 4.16% processing fee and flat fee. And the device is $25 a month or $12 if i process at least $25 a month. Oh and i found out i have 3 years contract. To get out of contact i have to pay $500 Needless to say i am extremely disappointed

Pros

I like the hand-held device. Easy to use, good visuabiility, compact yet robust. It's an absolute device to have!

Cons

Its verify expensive! I was lied to by the representative. I was told it was free. I was told the processing fees was 2.6% plus .10 cents.

Heartland Retail as a product is awful and not worth using. Our \[sensitive content hidden\] keeps saying we will switch processors but has not done so which is the only reason we continue to use it. The one saving grace is that their local support is very responsive, but they can't fix most of our issues.

Pros

Nothing. Heartland Retail is by far the worst payment processor/device I have worked with and frequently crashes during routine use.

Cons

The software is extremely slow at best, and frequently crashes. The inventory management system is not robust and does not accommodate most of the products we need to track.

In as much as Genius Restaurant is concerned they’re well positioned, secured, organized and managed I highly recommend its service as prior to their unique food and settings, they’re well enjoyable.

Pros

One of the biggest strengths I like about Genius-restaurant is its simplicity and order of management, the brand focuses on delivering good food which makes it appealing to wide range of customers and suppliers as well as management in the company. This brand payment process is designed to be easy and unique without a doubt and they make sure that there is well a Established security management to sustain its services.

Cons

I do not have much least likes about Genius-restaurant,despite its strength during peak hours, service can sometimes be slow due to high demand. Additionally, some locations may have limited seating or parking, which can be inconvenient.
