Good implementation and good support. We would like more ability for us to customise certain areas / reports etc but overall it does provide a lot for the cost.

Pros

We like the way it integrates all different parts (e.g HR, payroll reports / timesheets, job management and invoicing) all in one system.

Cons

Integration was OK - we did have to make quite alot of changes to our processes to "fit" easybop but as it's an "off the shelf" programme we accept this The quoting / CRM aspect of the system is much poorer than others we looked at, there is limited functionality for us to report financially on quote and really needs us to have a sepeate system outside of easybop to generate our quotes. Something we'd like to change

Pros

how easy it is to keep track of all service items of equipment with notifications and qr coding for the equipment

Cons

If you have lots of individual documents that your company uses it can take a while to turn them into smart forms but once you get use to the process it becomes easier.

Overall we are happy with easybop but there are definite improvements that could be made.

Pros

It is easy having everything on one system, jobs quotations and invoices.

Cons

We often find glitches within easybop. Sometimes when downloading quotations to outlook to send, it creates random symbols in the title. Also it would be helpful if the invoicing option linked to accounts software like xero without us manually having to upload the invoices. Furthermore, we find the layout within quotations quite limiting and rigid to use. The tables are often difficult to navigate and the page layout has limitations. Finally, the security and access tab is far to extensive. The list of items to tick for each employee is way too many and it is not always clear what you have actually given each one access to.

It is good value for money and it has been easy to train all our users in the elements they need to work with.

Pros

The systems are good value for money The systems are easy to use we have lots of staff as designated users for a wide range of applications It does everything that we need it to do EasyBop is an effective tool to manage the people resources, with easy reporting functionality and records maintenance The response from the Propeller support team is always quick and efficient and we are pleased to note that some of our system improvement suggestions have been introduced

Cons

Terminating employees is a little bit clunky - it seems as though the information has to be entered twice.

The benefits we have gotten from using Easybop is it centralises a number of different elements in one place so it becomes a portal of knowledge for the business.

Pros

The feedback from staff is that it is really easy and self explanatory. Being an online platform it is accessible anywhere but is secure. This is important for our senior management to keep on top of what is going on in the office. The support staff at EasyBop are always at the other end of the phone if you have any questions and they will go out of there way to help.

Cons

The base platform is built for more of the construction industry so not all elements work that well for the financial services sector that our company is based. Although the team at Easybop are willing to take ideas of improvements to the change board to see if they can be implemented

Pros

Cradle to grave solution. Removes the need for multiple systems.

Cons

Maybe trying to be too in-depth. Very difficult to use unless you have a good knowledge of computer programs. Staff are finding it difficult to use from beginning. Training should be more hands on rather than listening/watching someone use it online.

Pros

Smart Forms have given the business so much flexibility, the ease of completing site documentation whilst on site which is then immediately available to the office makes operations both smooth and faster

Cons

I cannot think of a bad thing to say about Smart Forms, I am sure that we could use some of the functionality to more of our advantage

Interdepartmental we can now see the data on a system rather than searching for manual files, ease of use, We are now able to see up to see information as soon as it is received

Control and visability of jobs from cradle to grave. Greater financial control through purchasing. Minimizing of errors as checking is a simple, straightforward process.

Pros

Easy to use, and intuitive. As a Company, we were moving from a very "paper-heavy" filing system to a virtual software solution. Propeller seemed like a good fit from the start and, fortunately, we haven't been let down. We have had teething issues but the support has been fantastic. Propeller have also taken on suggested changes and implemented them into the system.

Cons

As the software is not custom built, there are compromises. This isn't really a criticism more of a point to note.

Pros

The in built controls and the fact the software makes you compliant. Auditors can use the software and confirm that we as a company are complying.

Cons

I'm not always sure that emails connected to the software have been sent. Sure they have but still feel I need to double check.

There are a couple of things that I would like to change on my forms that weren't able to be changed but I'm sure these will be added in future software updates.
