You can create tasks for each element of the project you are handling and you have separate chats for each task, which helps you keep everything more organized. You can add the different people involved to the specific tasks as well. You can set deadlines for each task, private follow-ups, create sub-tasks, attach files, and many other things that I am still discovering! You can customize the view in the way that best suits you. Cons It'd be nice to add the option to "edit" the chat messages after they are sent (at least before someone replies or reads it). And maybe to get a warning message before posting a message in chat where no-one has been added to. Review Source ST Somesh T. Pros One of the best features is that you can have individual chats and emails per task, so you don't get mixed up. Cons It is a bit frustrating not to be able to customise rows and columns with colours, because then you end up wasting time looking for the right one. Thanks to using this software we have been able to remove ambiguity about resources and tasks; and have streamlined our communications process with our vendors. Before JustDo we had multiple emails \[dozens to hundreds\] per project and it was too easy to get lost. Pros Each task has a context captured--chats and messages are in one place per task. Easy to sort through and attach files and deliveries. We often go back to the task as a point of reference since we can look up what was done or said--very useful to have this record since emails get lost. With context we have a very quick retrieval of the information we need or status to check. The mobile app is also helpful since immediate needs are quickly seen and actionable. Cons From the beginning we had a complex and disorganised process so having JustDo helped put that in line--but as features were added we didn't adapt to them or change. This is less of a problem with the app but more of our business being unable to take advantage of the newer features. Burn-down charts, projects, dynamic schedules--all are very appealing but we can't use them since it will take us too long to adapt. New adopters will likely not have this issue since they can map out their processes more fully. Review Source ES Eran S. The team loves the tool as well and use it regularly for project management and communication. July 12, 2020 5.0 After years of using different tools to organize the company & personal tasks, JustDo helps to put all of it in one platform that connects well with the popular apps (outlook and other office apps). JustDo helps to organize and control all tasks + effectively communicate with the staff regarding their responsibilities and progress. Pros I can communicate better with the team on all open tasks and also daily management issues + manage the tasks more effectively. In the past it was difficult to manage my staff,i.e what is going on on each project, who are the responsible staff, what is the status of each project, especially those staff are located in different places. By using JustDo it made us possible to find those status and control/view the status of the project at each staff. It is very simple to operate. Almost everybody is able to use this tool within 30 minuytes or so. This is the best "buy" for this kind of tool. Pros It helps managing staff activity easily and keep complex prejects simple. It can be used for the international organization like us, having many offices across the world. I found spending less time in searching for information in Outlook, or scheduling wasteful meetings. Instead I use JustDo to get a quick understanding on the status, chat with my colleagues and schedule my tasks according to my availability. Pros JustDo had the right combination of value added features, and ease of use to had cached my attention. It is super simple, yet powerful and helps me to manage my time, to easily follow-up on my employees tasks and to prioritize my workweek. The software has an "in-context" approach which is incomparable to other systems - all the information you need to perform a task is always available without the need to search. Cons An integration between JustDo and Microsoft Teams would add a great value, as many corporates use Teams for file management. The JustDo support team told me that it was in their roadmap. It helps getting immediate overview of project status through a very friendly user interface and visualization of tasks status. The capability to assign tasks and shift tasks from one person to another, enables a very efficient way to offload workload between team members. Having multiple views such as Grid view, Calendar, Kanban, Gantt is very helpful, the ability to share specific tasks with colleagues and guests is very simple and powerful. The chat function is very efficient and gives clarify as it is associated to a specific task. I also like the private followup function as it enables you to manage your time better. Pros As a small business owner managing several small projects JustDo is super fast and efficient, it help keeps complex projects simple. I love the chat function it makes communication so clear as each task has its unique chatbox. I love being able to follow up privately with people who are working on the same project. Another brilliant feature is that context is always maintained and you don’t lose data views as you move between screens/functions. JustDo has turned project nightmares to efficient and simple. Cons I really wish it had zoom calling. I think being able to call internationally would be awesome. Curretnly we use skype but if this feature was built it it would really be useful. From working with a vendor to get a quote to checking the progress of a project that is mid production. Communication is simple and the product's ease of use is second to none. For my personal simplistic use, JustDo is exactly what I need for an effective tracking of my future actions, target days, priorities and reminders of due items. A very useful tool for my daily actions management. Pros Very easy to use, customizeable to your needs, helps keep track of future actions, target dates and priorities in a very nice way.
