It's great product! I have started to use it because of other competitors lack of search engine - email messages indexing. I have ~10 email accounts, with GB of emails, and Postbox was the only one able to search them frighteningly fast!

Pros

It's fast, easy. It has great search engine, whish is the main reason, why I started to use it an age ago!

Cons

features and improvements. It had and has limited Thunderbird plugins compatibility. It does not have Microsoft oauth functionality. Lacks good calendar implementation.

### "Mail Clients worth Considering"

I have used it for many many years. I replaced Outlook with Postbox and have, for the most part, been very satisfied. If it offered a anti-spam plugin architecture and there were anti-spam tools (marketplace) that would make it ideal for managing multiple accounts. More ideal if it worked hand in hand with particular mail-servers to enable config sharing for web-mail and/or client scriptability and custom columns similar to how Directory Opus does for Windows Desktop. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]

Pros

It just works and provides a full featured alternative to Outlook.

Cons

It can be slow with large amounts of data GBs. It could optimize its Sqlite DB management better. It could improve spam/security symbol/viewing/warnings similar to how browsers display web-site credential warnings.

Most had subscription fees and closed systems Postbox works cross-platform, no subscription fees, open architecture. Just works better.

### "Excellent Cross-Platform Experience with Great Filing Features"

Overall very good experience. Needs a few engagements but overall a great app that is always being developed.

Pros

I use a Mac and a PC and having an app that offers the same experience on both platforms is a huge plus. The biggest reason I like PostBox is that it allows for very quick, easy, and efficient filing of messages. (That was my biggest complaint with Airmail). I also like that they update and improve it continuously.

Cons

There isn’t much to dislike. I wish they still allowed plugins like MailHub which allow for a certain level of predictive filing features. While there are workarounds for some plugins like Todoist, there is no way to use a plugin for predictive filing.

After using outlook this was an introduction to software done right! Straight away it just made sense! It never gets in the way! I have a very large in box and the app never slows down! Even on my old iMac with a standard HD it’s nippy!

Pros

This is email sorted! I’ve used multiple different email clients and postbox was a lucky find being included with a bundle of software that I bought years ago I loved it so much when v4 came out I bought a lifetime license and I am over the moon that I did! As this app just gets better and better! This is designed by people that use email!

Cons

It’s a very small thing I’d just like the reminders to be date aware so I get a prompt for my ageing brain to do things!

No issues at all, in fact fixed issues I had with other clients.

Pros

Switched to Proton Mail and used with Thunderbird, emClient, Mailbird, all had issues. Discovered Postbox and worked perfectly with Proton. Not only that but blown away by just how good this client is, best of the best in my opinion.

Cons

Nothing except would like an 'Undo Send' option (delay for say 20 seconds), have submitted as a feature request... pretty pretty please!

As stated above, solved all my issues I had with the other clients and just works great, Proton Mail + Bridge in my case

I spend a lot of time in email. Being able to find things fast and also get out of email fast to do something else is important.

Pros

I like that it helps focus me by having some very smart filters and tagging. The keyboard shortcuts are also great. I save a lot of time now in how I handle my email. Also, when I was first starting out, their Support was great in helping explain one feature that I misunderstood how to use.

Cons

Too trivial to list. It's great. I need 40 characters for this field.

Good experience. I was using before Mailbird and emclient but I had lot of problems, so, I started looking an alternative and so I came to you. I tried it and decided to buy it because it's really worth it

A lot of features A lot personalization. Good performance

Cons

I use it on Windows, I can't minimize it as an icon next to the clock.. for example as antivirus or Spotify, I can minimize these next to de click un the toolbar. Sometime I have troubles with margin of the signature, if u want to edit it in the same email, margins are spoiled I would like to have a way to organize better the email, for example there's an app on mobile, Spark Mail, it has a funtions to organize email by relevance, I don't know how it works exactly but is nice l.

I had found that Outlook was not meeting my needs in the areas of searching for items, having an interface that allowed more than one way of navigating, the storage of emails in IMAP folders, the general look and feel and the stability. Postbox addressed those needs for me and since I spend so much time in email, the look and feel is important to my daily existence and experience. So small differences matter and big improvements matter even more. Thank you Postbox!

Pros

What I enjoy most about Postbox is the ability for me to customize it to my needs. I also enjoy the new features that allow me to quickly form communications and sort my incoming emails.

Cons

It seems that each time I have a limitation I go to the help and they have an answer. Being a busy person I don't have the time to learn every feature, but I am glad they are there.

My overall experience with Postbox is good. I really like the way it looks and the way it functions.

Pros

Postbox is very easy to use. I am sure it has more features that I haven't found yet. I replaced Outlook with Postbox and I am so happy I did. It is easy to use and has so many themes and features. So user friendly and didn't cost an arm and a leg to purchase.

Cons

So far I really haven't found that many things I don't like about the software. I still need to work with it a bit more. Perhaps more items in the tool bar (eg.) Priority options in sending mail.

I was tired of the program disappearing all my emails and then re entering them for no reason while I was checking my emails. The big lack of functions and features the cumbersomeness of it. The software seamlessly integrates into my workflow and make handling a large volume of email a breeze.

Pros

I use the powerful shortcuts for sorting mail on a daily basis. The ability the seamlessly manage multiple e-mail and accounts in a unified inbox is something I absolutely need to have. Extremely quick comprehensive email searching saves me time on a regular basis. Finally the filtering options help keep me on top of all of my email messages.

Cons

At the moment I don't have much that I don't like.

I really enjoy the software and with including a synchronization of categories in Outlook 365 and iff possible labels as topics in Gmail nothing will beat Postbox. They changes would be available between different PC and Mac installation. It would be the perfect tool.

I can't speak yet about their support as I haven't had any exchanges yet. On the positive side, I haven't needed to contact them. Their getting started tutorials are excellent and comprehensive, and so is their knowledge base, for what I've seen so far, the app is very well documented.

Pros

LOVED the flexibility and slick design and powerful features. It feels really modular and that it will accommodate my particular workflow.

Cons

It would be great if one could additionally customize the icons themselves, at least the colors, also to eliminate the toolbar on top altogether, but I rest content :)

Having to go through my extensive collection of folders to see wether I was subscribed to them or not.Also deleting folders containing subfolders is a bit complex as you need to start working bottom up to achieve this.To me not very important cons, as this is not a daily task

Support and Service - 5 Stars Usage and UX - 5 Stars Handling of over 1 million emails - running smooth - 5 Stars All my clients to whom I recommended Postbox are also very satisfied and happy to have parted with their previous client. Pros

Its doing exactly this what a email-client have to do -> manage accounts, receiving and sending emails. Next is the UX and easy handling of everything.

First I like the ease of use. I know I haven't scratched the surface on all the Postbox provides and I am making the usual mistakes that a learner makes . I like the appearance. I like the speed.

Pros

Because of my position as pastor, plus my personal correspondence and personal writing aspirations and believe it or not still studying it was necessary that I have several email addresses. This got to be rather copious until I found a provider that serviced my emails under one roof. Unfortunately this service became rather unpredictable not always giving me access to my email boxes so I began the hard search for a similiar service.

Cons

I am from the old school and when I had a registration problem I had trouble getting someone to respond. I have had a long working career, ie transportation, customer service, Social Services, the church and I like to have a means to get a hold of someone to listen and help. But persistence paid off I got the help I needed. And I have to consider that we are in a very unique unpredictable time right now. Bottom line.....I got the help I needed.

Super. It has been my favorite for many years already (and will be for the time to come...)

Pros

Ease of use and adaptable to the needs of every user. I very much like the use of HTML messaging, making the use of HTML mail templates very easy.

Cons

Extensions (like translations....) have to be downloaded separately and can be easily misused.

Pros

\- Possibility to group email addresses in groups (not only in all-in-one inbox). - One time paymant license. I hate monthly or yearly payments. I like to pay for app once and to use it. And if in future there is some update with significant features, then I can decide by myself - to buy or not to buy update, and if I decide to buy, then - when to buy.

Cons

It would be good to have in right corner on on right side some small calendar. I don't think integreated calendar (with Google calendar, iCal or others), but only calendar with monthly view to look date for. For example, if I write an email and must point out some date, i can quickly press some button and look to calendar dates - what date is next Friday, or what was date last Monday etc.

I love it as I prefer to download all my email addresses in the one place.

Pros

I used to use IncrediMail until it was discontinued and when I changed over I wished I had done it earlier. Postbox has more capabilities like grouping mail into categories.

Cons

The fact that the junk mail does not work well and still puts categorized mail in junk. The second is that when I receive an email in Arabic ( I am an expat living in Egypt) I need to go onto Google itself as they have the additional feature of Translation.

I am a Mac user. I've used Apple Mail, Outlook, Thunderbird and almost every other client there is around. I keep coming back to Postbox - it never loses an email, or decides to not connect to my server (are you listening Apple Mail?) is reliable, works great with SaneBox.

The way it handles multiple accounts cleanly.

The inability to change themes from the pre-packaged.

I have tried all mail clients on MAcOS, but Postbox remains the best. It has a nice interface, powerful keyboard shortcuts and does what it is supposed to do. Organize and archive mails.

Not all "current" functionalities such as snooze are present.
