Permite ahorrar mucho en planificación de rutas y a su vez en la operación, ahorrando combustible.

Pros

La capacidad de trabajar importando automaticamente de google drive (Hojas de cálculo) por medio de un plugin disponible.

Cons

Que luego de una actualización la plataforma no me permitia generar una parada de descarga del vehículo, por lo cual dejó de ser útil para Ecogreen.

Teníamos un problema de optimización de nuestras rutas de reparto de delivery de comida a domicilio. No encontrábamos una solución lo suficientemente flexible y rápida para abordar la entrega de 200 pedidos en 3 horas y con planner lo hemos conseguido.

La plataforma a llegado a resolver un problema de planificación de rutas y nos a ayudado a maximizar el tiempo y recursos en cuanto a reparto y recolecta de paquetes

Gran apertura a nuevas funciones y facilidad en el uso.

Es una plataforma que ayuda mucho en el día a día, ya que nos permite realizar múltiples ajustes en pocos minutos.

Solo falta mejorar la opción mobile, a pesar de ser una plataforma para desktop si ayudaría poder tener más funciones desde el celular.

Muy práctico, se adapta fácilmente a nuestras necesidades, en cualquier momento puedo hacer cambios que requiero en mi operación.

Lo que más me gusta de Smart Monkey es la sencillez para manejar la plataforma, deja hacer cualquier cambio en cualquier momento.

No tiene un plan de pago por consumo, sino que siempre debo contratar un número determinado de vehículos y muchas veces no les necesito.

Ha sido muy interesante ver la eficiencia en el departamento de Embarques.

Pros

Gracias al software se puede planear perfectamente las rutas de entrega y saber exactamente la localización de la mercancía y de los choferes, asimismo el cliente puede hacer el seguimiento de su pedido, lo cual da confianza al distribuidor.

Cons

Tal vez la integración de otras aplicaciones. Pero no es un issue para la empresa.

The support is so good and personal, it\`s easy to learn and use, and help us to make more deliveries in less time

I miss some KPI dashboards. For now, I can only see some metrics of each driver but maybe a bigger report that encompasses the results of our drivers

Pros

Lo que mas me gusta es que al usuario solo alcanza con mandarle un link, por lo que no debe instalarse ninguna aplicacion a su movil.

Cons

En mi caso, es un reparto de pan en un carro donde entran 200kg. Lo que me gustaria, es que optimize tomando en cuenta la cantidad de kg totales que se reparten. Por ejemplo, si son 250kg, ver la forma de distribuir el recorrido en dos partes, y indique cuando se debe recargar el auto con mas mercaderia. Tambien lo que tuve algunos problemas fue con poner las direcciones. Encontre que lo mas cerca era buscar la direccion manualmente por google maps e copiar las coordenadas. Pero hay veces que de esa manera, el planner al buscar esas coordenadas las convierte en una direccion no tan exacta. Suele fallar en la altura de la direccion, o bien si es casi en una esquina, toma una ubicacion de la calle con la que cruza.

Además puedes hacer Pick Up & Delivery para casos como el tuyo en el que se debe repostar la carga de los vehículos. Siempre recomendamos usar coordenadas para establecer direcciones más precisas y también establecer el país en el que operas en la configuración de tu plan. Debería tener algún tipo de usuario que solo sea de consulta, ya que hoy por hoy cualquiera puede modificar los planes creados pero para sacar un mejor provecho muchas personas lo que necesitan es tener la posibilidad de ver la información sin necesidad de trabajar en los planes

Great software that saves my team lots of time. Easy recommendation as it's user-friendly and constantly being improved.

Pros

Creating a route can take a few minutes and makes driving to make deliveries efficient. Customer support is quick to respond and donated use of the software to front-line workers. We now pay for the software to do pharmacy deliveries as it's made things a lot better (tracking and route optimization)

Cons

No regional restrictions. Searching by address would be faster if city or province restrictions were in place. When inputting an address, it search globally cause delays in data entry.
