Easy and accessible team to work with. We were onboarded quickly and easy to get historical emails into the system. Customer service is always helpful and prompt. Pros \[sensitive content hidden\] was great to work with and made the onboarding process very simple and intuitive. Our firm has used them for a couple of months now and we can't imagine life without MME. Their service dept is always very responsive and helpful to get our firm squared away. This software is on the list of "need to have" for our firm. Cons We were referred to Match My Email from another RIA firm, I consider myself to be on top of it with tech, especially as it relates to integrations but it was not on my radar. Pros The entire staff at MME was great to work with and it was the exact product that we were searching for when it came to automatic email sync to Salesforce. Cons It was a little clunky getting all of our emails (Over 20+ emails) to sync but once we got everyone's email synced, it has been a breeze since. Below is a list of what MatchMyEmail does (Salesforce's Einstein Analytics can't do any of these): log emails sent to a secondary address, log attachments, maintain history when email address changes, maintain permanent email history in activity feed (Einstein deletes the history after 6 months), show emails in mobile. Cons We don't have any complaints. The software consistently works as advertised.
