Financial Planner Financial Services Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Need to Have" August 13, 2025 5.0 Overall experience was 10 out of 10. Easy and accessible team to work with. We were onboarded quickly and easy to get historical emails into the system. Customer service is always helpful and prompt. Pros \[sensitive content hidden\] was great to work with and made the onboarding process very simple and intuitive. Our firm has used them for a couple of months now and we can't imagine life without MME. Their service dept is always very responsive and helpful to get our firm squared away. This software is on the list of "need to have" for our firm. Cons We were referred to Match My Email from another RIA firm, I consider myself to be on top of it with tech, especially as it relates to integrations but it was not on my radar. An opportunity for MME to better get their name out there! Review Source George S. Pros The entire staff at MME was great to work with and it was the exact product that we were searching for when it came to automatic email sync to Salesforce. Cons It was a little clunky getting all of our emails (Over 20+ emails) to sync but once we got everyone's email synced, it has been a breeze since. Review Source FS Frank S. January 9, 2020 5.0 Links all of our emails to Salesforce.com which is critical in a MAC Based computing environment. We don't use Outlook, so the standard Outlook integration to Salesforce is null and void for us. Match My Email fills that void perfectly! Pros Ease of installation. Operates in the background with no need for human involvement. Accurate. Never had any problems with it whatsoever. Cons No complaints or dislikes. The software operates on the cloud and is almost imperceptible to day to day activity. Reason for choosing Match My Email Once we found Match My Email, we stopped searching for an alternative. December 13, 2019 5.0 Overall, Match My Email is a great, time saving and record protecting tool. I would recommend it to anyone. Pros I love that if there is an accurate client email in Salesforce, Match My Email will automatically transfer the data from the email into the client's record. This saves time and ensures quality of records. Cons When the client uses a different email address, you must go in and manually link the email to the client profile. If I have to revisit options that we have offered clients in the past, the email records are an integral part of our research Pros Email messages populate within minutes and I can go in and review the email. I can also manually match something if necessary using very few steps. Cons Company logos are attachments. Match My Email pulls the company logos and stores them as attachments which uses up storage space in Salesforce. I am not sure there is a work around for this. Review Source MM Michael M. All of our customer correspondence is updated into our CRM database and is integral for keeping up with all or emails, customer inquiries and updates. We managed 1000's of projects a year and having these records keep our business flowing smoothly. Cons Having to update my password every 90 days as that is how long out email passwords last. I understand, the issue and am not saying it's a big deal. It's the only negative however. January 9, 2020 5.0 Pros The people at MME have always been willing to help with any questions or issues I encounter. Additionally, they've helped to write custom code for weird requests I have had. This is a great team and a great product. If you're looking for a product to automatically capture emails at a fair price and with fantastic support, look no further! Cons Sometimes manually capturing emails (when rarely necessary) can feel intimidating to your standard Salesforce user. In a highly regulated industry it is nice to have correspondence sorted and stored automatically! Cons Thus far I have not found anything negative to report. Below is a list of what MatchMyEmail does (Salesforce's Einstein Analytics can't do any of these): log emails sent to a secondary address, log attachments, maintain history when email address changes, maintain permanent email history in activity feed (Einstein deletes the history after 6 months), show emails in mobile. Pros Once set up, Match My E mail carries on in the background doing what it should. It's low in maintenance and high in functionality.
