They are trying to charge me for their app I have been using for free for years and then stating from their chat ot that it is going to start in September. Then when I tell them so why do I have to pay now and not on September they don't answer. I will expose you to the entire world for being thieves . You should value your customers and treat them right. Don't bring up surprise bills to your clients . At least have the decency to send an email stating the new changes not when you open the app. Very disappointed. I'd rather use an app that charges me to begin with . Shame on you Bookipi Pros Nothing . But thieves who cant be honest when contacted they get all fustrated and end conversation Cons Surprise payments when no one sent an email. Support is always helpful usually answering within a day if not the same day. Havnt had any problems at all now for years Cons I tried using the online credit card payments but it took about 10 days to get paid for each invoice which is too long. It should be the next day. Easy to set up and use and it gives me multiple ways to create service tickets. I’ve used other applications until I found Bookipi. Cons So far I have not had any permanent issues.
