Voor starters werkt dit goed!

Pros

Werkt prettig en functionaliteiten worden steeds verder uitgebreid. Het was de eerste software die me aansprak bij het oriënteren van boekhoudsoftware. Had het best snel door en gebruik het nu dagelijks sinds 2017. Ook de rit registratie is erg prettig voor al die zakelijk kilometers!

Cons

Momenteel mist er nog een bankkoppeling van de Rabobank maar daar wordt aangewerkt. Je kunt wel handmatig via een bestandje van de Rabo je transacties snel erin zetten. Kijk uit naar het moment dat het automatisch kan.

Vriendelijke snelle klantenservice, nemen je toekomstige wensen serieus (de koppeling met een WooCommerce webshop die ik graag wilde is er nu ook gewoon!) en overall een club leuke mensen die het product maken.

Pros

\+ gemakkelijk in gebruik + automatisch iDeal betaallinks genereren + duidelijke overzichten per klant, tijdsperiode en project + offertes die klanten kunnen goedkeuren om voorafgaand aan project betaalafspraken vast te leggen + te koppelen met app voor uren, reiskosten en bonnetjes + ziet er leuk uit en niet als een saai boekhoudprogramma + maakt het leuk om je cijfers meer aandacht te geven

Cons

\- Nog geen directe koppeling met mijn eigen bank (ASN) - Geen klanten kunnen samenvoegen - Elke klant vereist een project om te kunnen factureren

niet meer langer over nadenken, gewoon gaan gebruiken!

Pros

\- Gekko werkt erg makkelijk en gratis om je boekhouding op orde te houden - makkelijk met verschillende apps om je facturen te sturen en je bonnen te scannen.

Cons

\- minpunten: er mogen graag meer toffe features bij komen.

Ben over het algemeen zeer tevreden over Gekko. Het opstellen van facturen was toch vaak een flink karwei. Vooral het omzetten van een offerte in een factuur is erg handig. Ik houd nu tijd over voor ondernemen!

Pros

Eenvoud is key. Met Gekko is het super eenvoudig om offertes en facturen te maken. Ik gebruik met name de facturatie functie, waarbij het erg makkelijk is facturen van te voeren in te plannen. Sommige bedrijven die ik Gekko heb aanbevolen gebruiken ook de ritten functie, waar ik zeer positieve verhalen over hoor.

Cons

De UI zou op sommige punten kunnen worden verbeterd. Verder vind ik het nog steeds hinderlijk dat bij het opsturen van een offerte via het systeem, mijn klanten branding van Gekko zien. Dit zou eigenlijk ge-whitelabeled moeten worden om verwarring te voorkomen.

Goed. Klantenservice is goed, mag wel wat sneller of via chat oid beschikbaar zijn.

Recentelijk mee aan de slag gegaan. De Software is eenvoudig te bedienen en doet tot nu toe precies wat ik ervan had verwacht.

Gebruikers gemak. Ik vind het erg makkelijk om met de software om te gaan.

Ik werk al lang met gekko en kan het iedereen aanraden. Zeker als boekhouder die met verschillende klanten werkt.

Pros

Gekko is makkelijk te gebruiken en doet een deel van het werk al voor je. Aan alles is gedacht; facturatie, uren administratie en ritten administratie. Daarnaast wordt je herinnert aan deadlines

Qua W/V rekening en balans beperkte mogelijkheden
