Pros After struggling with 3 other signature apps, Signature.email is the clear winner. It's Mac Mail friendly (yes, I use Mac Mail). Its directions are clear, as I am not a techie. Signature preview works like a charm. Even if I haven't updated my email signature for a year, the intuitive interface makes it easy/speedy for me to recall how to use it. Cannot say that about any other app! Cons No, as a team of one, this software is exactly what I need. It saves me time and frustration because I don't have to "relearn" the app when making a change to my email signature. Switched from [WiseStamp](https://www.capterra.com/p/153237/WiseStamp/) WiseStamp was complex/painful to use. It may work for enterprise types, but not for me. I struggled with it for a couple of years, then I said "Enough!". WiseStamp never got easier to use or better. Pros Wonderfully intuitive user interface which makes creating a polished signature a breeze. Sensible one-off pricing for a single signature. Cons There are no cons that I could find about this product. Reasons for choosing Signature.email Initially mainly because I liked the one-off pricing for creating one signature, as it is not something I would want to pay a monthly fee for (unless I was in a large organisation with many changing signatures). Pros This software was so easy for me to figure out and there are so many different customizations you can do to the signature. When I got stuck I emailed \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and he emailed me back right away and fixed things for me on his end so I didn't have to do it. He was incredibly responsive and after looking at other signature software platforms this was by far the most inexpensive and with the most capabilities. Very happy with this, thank you! Cons Some features were harder to figure out, but having \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] be so responsive was very helpful. Pros This email signature generator stood out immediately because the company offered a one-time payment option as opposed to a monthly membership. Furthermore, it offered all of the features I desired, and the customer service was prompt and thorough. The \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], was very personable and caring in his e-mail responses, and provided the tweak my digital icon needed to look great in the signature. Cons My initial challenges were alleviated by the prompt customer support. I have no complaints. I am satisfied with my purchase. The developer seems committed to continually improving the product offered, which is a great thing in the ever-developing world of technology!
