Nous venons de finir l'implantation de Sigma-RH, et notre expérience globale avec le logiciel a été très positive. L'équipe de Sigma a bien compris nos besoins. Bien qu'ils soient habitués à faire des implantations clé en main, dans notre cas, l'autonomie était importante. J'ai eu le soutien nécessaire et les formations pour être en mesure de faire les améliorations dans le futur. L'équipe m'a transmis leur connaissance et ils ont toujours été là quand mes questions étaient plus pointues ou que j'avais besoin de leur expérience Sigma. Je recommanderais Sigma-RH à d'autres entreprises ou collègues, autant pour une entreprise qui veut un service clé en main que pour une entreprise qui veut avoir les connaissances à l'interne. L'équipe de Sigma est capable de s'adapter à nos besoins.

Pros

Sigma-RH est un logiciel complet qui offre plusieurs fonctionnalités très utiles, notamment la gestion de la sécurité, les workflows, et l'utilisation de champs utilisateur. La possibilité d'ajouter et de cacher des champs est particulièrement appréciée, car cela permet d'adapter le logiciel à nos besoins spécifiques. L'interface utilisateur est efficace et bien conçue, ce qui facilite la prise en main du logiciel. De plus, Sigma-RH a permis de centraliser toutes nos données, améliorant ainsi notre efficacité. Le support client est exceptionnel; l'équipe d'implantation était super et le support est rapide et efficace. Le fait que Sigma utilise son propre outil pour le support montre leur confiance en leur produit et facilite notre interaction avec le support puisque nous connaissons déjà l'interface.

Cons

Il n'y a pas vraiment de fonctionnalités difficiles à utiliser ou peu intuitives, bien que le visuel ait un peu vieilli. Heureusement, une nouvelle version est en cours de développement. Les bugs ou problèmes techniques sont rares et mineurs, et le support les a toujours résolus rapidement. En ce qui concerne les fonctionnalités manquantes, la création de rapports est simple et suffisante pour un utilisateur normal. Cependant, pour un analyste d'affaires avec des connaissances avancées, ce n'est pas aussi puissant qu'un outil comme Power BI. Heureusement, Sigma-RH peut être connecté à Power BI via des API, ce qui compense cette limitation.

Logiciel stable et efficace. Un paramétrage complexe mais des résultats à la hauteur de la complexité c'est à dire satisfaisant. Un Service Après Vente au TOP !! Une mise à jour sur la forme devient impérative pour rester en compétition avec les autres acteurs du Marché.

Sigma-RH nous permet de suivre au quotidien une foule d'événements tout en comptabilisant le travail, cela permet d'évaluer à la fois le temps investi dans chaque dossier et client. Ces données sont constamment utilisées pour appuyer le renouvellement de nos ententes de services, en tout temps et rapidement, nous pouvons sortir à l'appuie un rapport justifiant le travail.

Pros

La possibilité de pouvoir sortir des données sous toutes les formes et en fonction de nos besoins, c'est illimité comme possibilité. De pouvoir également suivre le travail avec mon équipe, d'avoir accès en tout temps à l'informations concernant un dossier est très précieux, surtout dans un ère où tous manquons de temps.

Cons

Le paramétrage des lettres-types, il y a eu beaucoup d'amélioration, mais c'est une fonction qui pourrait selon moi aller encore plus loin.

Sigma RH nous a permis d'abandonner des processus très manuels et d'automatiser des tâches. Il nous a aussi permis de consolider les informations des employés à une seule place grâce à ses champs personnalisables. L'équipe de Sigma-RH essaie vraiment de comprendre nos processus afin de nous proposer des solutions quand nous essayons d'automatiser des processus. C'est un vrai partenariat.

Pros

Nous avons choisi ce logiciel parce qu'il est hautement personnalisable et que nous pouvons programmer des automatismes (workflows). J’apprécie aussi le fait de pouvoir ajouter des champs dans les écrans et de pouvoir produire des rapports nous-même. Les fonctions d'import et d'export des données sont aussi très pratiques. Je dois aussi mentionner que le service à la clientèle est excellent, nous avons eu un accompagnement très soutenu lors de l'implantation et le service post-implémentation est tout aussi rapide et excellent.

Cons

Tel que mentionné ci-dessus, le logiciel est hautement personnalisable il faut donc prévoir du temps et des ressources pour l'implantation car ce n'est pas un "plug and play". Il faut aussi s'assurer d'avoir fait une bonne analyse de vos besoins et de vos processus.

Reasons for choosing SIGMA-RH

Sigma-RH répondait à la majorité des critères essentiels pour nous (dont l'automatisation de la gestion du temps et des présences), le prix correspondait à notre budget (notre budget correspondait aux économies engendrées par les automatisations) et lors du processus de vente, l'équipe de Sigma a répondu à toutes nos questions et ont refait des présentations à notre demande. Ils étaient à l'écoute de nos besoins lors de la vente et ils le sont toujours maintenant que nous sommes clients.

La gestion des suivis de lésions professionnelles est facile, complète et instinctive. En tant que gestionnaire d'une équipe de travail, le logiciel me permet facilement d'effectuer des suivis globaux, programmer des tâches automatiques, créer des rapports, etc.. Les possibilités du logiciel me sont bien utiles pour al gestion des opérations de l'équipe de travail, ayant à gérer un fort volume de réclamation.

Pros

Le suivi des réclamations, la gestion des notes automatiques, les modèles de lettre (document fusionné), la production de rapports de gestion, la gestion des agendas, etc, sont grandement appréciés.

Cons

Il y a certain doublon d'application (ex: suivi des demandes de partage de l'imputation Vs contestation de l'imputation). Il est parfois difficile de savoir si une composante constitue un champ utilisateur ou non, etc...
