My overall experience with IVO is immensely positive. Compared to our old processes, IVO is a true game changer—intuitive, reliable, and adaptable to our evolving needs. It not only supports our current workflows but also inspires ideas for future advancement, making it an invaluable tool for our company’s growth.

Pros

What I appreciate most about IVO Systems is its ease of use. The software is highly intuitive and easy to learn, while effectively managing and organizing our information in a way that adds value to team members company-wide. IVO does an excellent job of allowing us to leverage that information in a variety of ways depending on our needs each day. This combination of simplicity and robust functionality makes it an excellent tool for our operation.

Cons

What I am most looking forward to see change with IVO Systems is the historical equipment move information as it relates viewing closed dispatch tickets.

Overall, IVO has changed a lot of things in a positive manner for our day-to-day here at Terra. The customer support is always excellent when we have questions or an issue to work through. The ease of use is there. Overall, we have really enjoyed our relationship with IVO and how they have elevated our fleet management.

Pros

IVO has changed my day-to-day work such that I have so much data at the tips of my fingers. From job site locations to equipment specifications, it's all right there! One of the biggest changes we have noticed is that we have gone from reactive maintenance to proactive maintenance!

Cons

There are many ways to accomplish one thing, and figuring out which approach works best for me is crucial. Additionally, I need to understand how to adapt to others who have a different process.

We have been on the platform for several years. It may not have all of the bells and whistles of some of the larger telematics companies but it does have a lot of great features that the others don't. Our guys really like the scheduling module and getting texts every day from the system with jobsite location and notes.

Pros

Easy to use and constant progress making the product better. We started only using the basic telematics but are adding more and more of the capabilities of the platform to our daily operations.

Cons

Integration with our ERP. But they are actively working on it!! We don't use a lot of the capabilities because not having it integrated causes duplicate work that needs to be house in our ERP system anyway.

The implementation and integration of IVO as a planning tool has been essential to our operation. Previously, equipment tracking and employee scheduling was erroneous and riddled with hassles. It is common to hear from employees that we could not function without IVO today- even those that were reluctant to use the software at first!

Pros

The IVO Team is always accommodating of feature requests - we appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback and contribute to the evolution of the software! Countless times I have been able to discuss potential improvements to the platform in short order

Cons

Although the overall experience with IVO has been great, there are times where bug fixes & solidification of existing offerings should take precedent over new modules

Pros

The ease of use and the ability to customize to our operation has been critical in our adoption of the software.
