We have not experienced any downtime as of yet, but the very few times we contacted support it was fast and reliable Pros The call quality is very good and the support response is fast. This is very important in order to have our lines working at all times and very minimal downtime if it every happens. Now the process is simpler and more effective than it was before. Pros We have purchased a phone number from Hottelecom to get the ability to communicate with our clients/partners from the specific country without any difficulties. And we do not need local presence to connect such a phone number. Their client support helped us so set up everything and answered all our questions. Cons It would be great to get a video calling option. They say it will be added in the future. It is a very time-consuming process - to forward call to the needed department or to provide the caller with another phone number for a contact with the needed employee. With HotTelecom we get an IVR tree solution that helps our clients and partners to choose the needed direction by themselves. We can use only one phone number for different needs and save time and money. Pros HotTelecom provides us with the virtual phone number and some additional services such as a complicated IVR tree and music on hold. They understood our needs and offered the needed solution within a very short period of time.
