PTCs award-winning warranty and management and analytics solutions allow you to define your warranty and contract policies in the context of the product itself. Pros

We utilize this product for external repairs management. It is heavily customized for our use. Our service department considers it a good application.

Cons

Because we are so customized it is difficult to upgrade
