Tiene una facilidad de uso y es intuitivo, con las secciones de Tickets y servicios facilita la administración y solución de esos puntos.

Existe siempre acompañamiento por parte del equipo de soporte técnico desde la implementación hasta el seguimiento de la operación con la plataforma, en general me he sentido fortalecido con el aprendizaje obtenido no solo con el uso de la plataforma sino con todo el personal que siempre esta en la mejor disposición de colaborar.

Pros

TINC es una plataforma de gestión de tecnología médica que ha sido escalable con el paso del tiempo, para convertirse en un gestor de tecnología para instituciones en el área de salud, desde los dispositivos médicos hasta las tecnologías de IT, permitiendo una integración y comunicación entre las diferentes áreas que gestionas activos en los servicios de salud. TINC se ha adaptado a las necesidades que hemos tenido como empresa y como institución y esta en constante actualización siempre brindar las mejores soluciones para los departamentos de gestión de tecnología en hospitales.

Cons

He tenido la oportunidad de trabajar con TINC desde la primera etapa y conociendo cada una de las actualizaciones que ha tenido, tal vez el hecho de no contar con todas las funciones que tienen hoy por hoy los sistemas de gestión o CMMS en el momento nos ha llevado a esperar actualizaciones y mejoras en el sistema.
