" **Overall:** Overall very happy with this product and service. I’ve recommended it to others as an alternative to more expensive options, especially for practitioners with smaller practices, like myself. **Pros:** Customizability: I love that I can include my logo and customize the look of invoices, templates etc. The introductory free trial was very helpful to get to know the product and get started with it. The introductory year pricing was totally worth it. The ongoing price (year two) is decent, especially compared to other more well known platforms. I appreciate the built in video conferencing feature. It works well. Customer service was helpful and responsive when I needed it. **Cons:** Not as intuitive as the leading platform in Canada when it comes to setting up how clients view calendar availability/scheduling, but I’m still learning this. When creating templates it’s sometimes hard to shift things around in sections (so you have to delete the whole section and start again if the order isn’t right… but maybe I’m doing something wrong here). Although PIPEDA compliant, I would prefer if the data was stored in Canada, and I wish the PIPEDA compliance was a bit clearer on the website. I do wish the video conferencing had a “whiteboard”. Clinical Psychologist Mental Health Care, Self-employed Used the software for: Less than 6 months ** Overall Rating 3.0 ** Ease of Use 5.0 Customer Service 4.0 Features 2.0 Value for Money 2.0 Likelihood to Recommend 50% 5/10 Reviewer Source Source: Capterra March 24, 2026 "Great for clinical management but needs fixing" **Overall:** I love the clinical management features and the ease of use, you can tell it's been thought about by clinicians and it's great for therapists. However, the video platform issues and the invoicing through Stripe makes me consider whether to switch to another platform. **Pros:** Great availability of customer support, the clinical management part of it is overall great, I like the tags and status for clients, the notes system, booking link and the 2 way sync with my calendar. It makes it easy to have all the things in one place. **Cons:** The video-call platform needs serious fixes - 70% of the time I can't see clients waiting in the room, or they have troubles being let in the call, this is a waste of clinical time and it's frustrating for clients. I don't like that I'm being forced to work with Stripe for the invoicing, the costs are way too high, so I do my invoicing elsewhere. When I book repeated appointments clients receive confirmation only for the first one - again makes admin more complicated and the platform less reliable. Sometimes the advertisement of upgrade to a different plan blocks the "start the call button" - again costing clinical time and issues with communicating with clients!
