Pros

The customer support and ease of use. I appreciate customer service reaching out and being available to help.

Cons

The glitches regarding using on the app on my phone versus using on the web version. Sometimes the app crashes or doesn't let me save or share notes.

Overall a great experience, and works well for me and my practice. Relatively easy to use and great value.

Pros

Great value EMR option for my small private practice! It is easy to use, and I appreciate how simple the calendar and billing are.

Cons

I'd like it to be easier to input new clients, and separate parent info from patient info (I see only pediatrics). I find managing the profiles a bit confusing.

It has been a great experience. Customer service was great when I had an issue. The assessments and files are easy to use

Pros

I liked that it was inexpensive and had a lot of features. It was easy to navigate and save the assessments

Cons

That there isn’t a lower cost for non profit organizations and that was hard as I have interns who only use it throughout a short period of time

Great! Time saving, easy to use, intuitive. I love that I can dictate my notes quickly and then have AI brush them up for me

Ease of booking and invoicing. Note taking with AI support. The fact that I can share session notes.

Cons

I like everything so far - I can't think of anything that I didn't like. I don't use forms as I have my own ones

Pros

i was drawn to the low price for the product. i appreciate that i am able tio have mutiple providers and there is a telehealth option

Cons

missing a lot of fetaures i enjoyed from my old program -- feels less organized need to put a lot of work in to create your own system with keywords would like to keep better track of when clients fill out forms doesnt feel intuitive clients report unreliability with appointment reminders

It's like a breath of fresh air, seems like they care about my needs, not only profit. This philosophy deserves support.

Pros

Surprising deep capabilities. It covers all my practice needs. Also the customer service. It is fantastic and prompt.

Cons

No Notes. I can't think of a thing I might need that CP doesn't supply. I would like it to create invoices automatically. Come to think about it, it probably does and I don't know how to do that yet.

Reminders texts aren’t working or missing at this point. connection can be an issue at times clients unable to log in or join sessions and have to refresh

Very good. Generally easy to use. I like the availably of free use for a time. Sometimes trickier to use on a mobile phone.

Pros

Initially the features I wanted and price. The sms and email reminders were what I was looking for.

Cons

It was sometimes difficult to book appointment times. I also am unable to set up the calendar viewing as I would like it.

Pros

This is an excellent value. I appreciate the ease of use and the customer service. Everyone is always kind and on top of things.

Cons

I wish that there was some sort of to-do list so that I could see what notes and/or invoices have not been completed.

Overall is has been a Good Experience. Customer service is good and helpful. They are always offering assistance. Once you get the hang of it easy to use.

Pros

The affordability as I am starting my private practice. The always offer support and assistance as you learning the system

Cons

Getting acclimated to the system functions. It initially appeared clunky and didn’t explain certain functions. Like does client see notes upon research I found that answer. And how templates are uploaded it changes the format a little. It would be helpful if create templates could stay the same. More tutorials on using the system

Very good! The team is extremely responsive & seem to take problems seriously.

Pros

It feels really customizable, and it's so much less expensive than other options that any quirks are really easy to deal with.

Cons

It feels like a new product in the way that there are little glitches that happen pretty frequently. The video platform works really well, unless it just doesn't work at all, which happens once every week or two. And I'll often write up my notes & there are words missing all over the place that are beyond what would be normal typos. It would also be really helpful to have reports. But overall these issues feel manageable. I also think it's problematic that if you move to a different platform, you have to move all of the notes manually. To me it feels bordering on unethical, but I'm hoping they'll fix that issue.

Overall I have had a wonderful experience it has helped me keep track of the most important aspect of my business and that's administration and finance and has saved me alot of time and money as Carepatron offers 1 program that has several functions

Pros

I have been using Carepatron for almost two years now and I love that it works as my own personal accountant by providing the invoice platform and allow us to keep track of money owing and paid invoices. I've loved that it also works as my personal assistant by having your client contact information saved, track client appointments and services rendered. I've loved that all correspondence can be sent directly from Carepatron and it is very easy to use, and is brilliant for day to day use.

Cons

The only thing that I don't like about Carepatron is the templates some of the templates do not always download and that it has to be emailed before it can be used

It's a very useful platform. I use it to schedule appointments, create and store forms, and occasionally make video calls.

Pros

It's a feature-rich, easy-to-use platform with a very useful AI-powered search function. Numerous integrations with other applications such as Google Calendar or Stripe

Cons

I am unable to send different forms for different services when a client books a service. Also. Video calls don't always work well.

I must say this was the first EHR system I used for my company, and it has been amazing. It is super user-friendly.

Pros

I love how easy it is to navigate the platform. It is such a breeze. They make learning system super fun.

Cons

I would say not having a live agent during my time zone is a little stressful. When I need support the do like that the Al built in support can answer.

Cost friendly for what you are paying for, appointments easy to make, patient record input is easy,,

Cons

Glitchy, not super user friendly compared to others, copy/paste of appointments is frustrating, it bounces me around to other spots while writing notes (glitches)

I never got the hang of it, it isn't very intuitive. I would have preferred to try another software at the job I used it at, but I think maybe they used it due to price.

Pros

I really didn't like it all that much. I like that it connected to my Google calendar.

Cons

It was nearly impossible to use on a phone, many of the features were unavailable. Having to sign into a computer to check my schedule was not very useful.

Excellent, I am so glad I switched from my other platform to Carepatron because it is so easy for me to use.

Pros

Carepatron is so easy to use. The value for money is great because it has everything you need in one place and is so easy to navigate compared to other programs I've tried to use in the past. Very happy.

Cons

I haven't found anything I don't like yet. It would be nice to be able to contact customer service in real time however they have been very responsive.

Positive. I have compared other products but I cannot find a reason not to use Carepatron and honestly have not found anything that meets my needs like Carepatron.

Pros

What I like most is the ease of use and customer support. Its easy to navigate and customize. When I needed support, it was simple and immediate.

Cons

I would like more assessment tools such as the ASI & ASAM that I don't have to build. It would be easier.

I am very satisfied with the overall experience with Carepatron. I left another popular EHR to try them and so far it’s been great.

Pros

I like that Carepatron price point is affordable. Customer service is great. Their response time to questions and 1:1 feedback to assist is wonderful. It’s user friendly as well. The interface doesn’t have a huge learning curve so it’s nothing to begin using it.

Cons

I don’t like that the billing is not automated. I would like to set up billing for copayments or for private pay clients to be automatic after the service.
