### "Room for Growth "

March 26, 2026

2.0

I really appreciate the mission of Carepatron; however, the performance is not great. I think practices would be okay paying for convenience because the EHR you choose is crucial for the flow of the practice. I think there is a way to have an affordable EHR while being user friendly. I understand we can’t get all the bells and whistles for the price, but I believe there’s room for improvement. I have hope to see Carepatron continue to grow successfully and benefit practices effectively.

Pros

I appreciate the accessibility it provides for small practices. I like being able to see other clinicians templates for certain documents in the community tab.

Cons

An assessments tab is needed. Coming from Sessions Health, they had a plethora of assessments in the database. We were able to click the assessment and it would score and interpret the assessment after it was submitted. It wasn’t a word document. I also had the option to set reminders to administer the assessment within a timeframe of my choosing. It’s hard to keep up with when to reassess multiple clients. I also was able to set a reminder to review the treatment plan. I would like a section for a note that isn’t clinical and the client wouldn’t have access to it. It would have things like their social supports names, their favorite color, etc., rapport building material that I can reference and things that wouldn’t be appropriate in a clinical note. It’d be nice to not allow multiple colors for the calendar. Everyone should have the same colors to look uniform. For example, new clients who haven’t completed paperwork could be yellow, new clients who completed the paperwork will be purple, recurring clients could be blue. Allowing each clinician to change their theme gets confusing and looks tacky. There needs to be a note template in the system. The system kind of looks unprofessional. It looks like a bunch of google docs documents rather than an EHR. It takes so long creating our own documents or trying to correct how a document was uploaded into the platform. Constantly having to reload the website or app is so annoying. I don’t understand its purpose. I have a different price than other clinicians in my practice and I find myself having to create invoices manually for each appointment separately. I would like to have more control over my fees and have the invoices be automatically set when the appointment is created. The owners shouldn’t have so much control, especially if they are running a 1099 practice. They can block what features we can and can’t use. I think scheduling and fees should be within individual clinicians control. I never get notifications for the app although I have them on. I have to constantly check the app for any new inboxes. I like that there are AI generated notes; however, I don’t like the transcript being there. It should be optional.

### "The most seamless EHR experience"

March 21, 2026

5.0

Incredible! Honestly, you guys have created such a wonderful project that makes my life easier every day!

Pros

I love how intuitive its format is, and how beautiful the layout! I also really value that my practice has a professional feel to it with client-facing materials, and Carepatron really shines at that. I genuinely enjoy logging into Carepatron, which is different than my experience with other EHRs. I love that you can write clinical notes and still see the old ones easily without exiting the current note. I haven't had any bugs or issues also. One time when I had a question, customer support was incredibly fast in getting back to me and it was quickly resolved.

Cons

I really don't like that when an intake goes out, the forms always seem to appear to the client randomly out of order. It's still the same forms, but I'd rather have a choice in the sequence (which they read first, second, third, etc.)

Reason for choosing Carepatron

Carepatron was the best on all the features that are important to me, including intuitiveness of layout, minimizing clicks, professional vibe to clients, affordability since i'm just starting out. Plus it has the AI tool which makes writing easier sometimes.

It was not intuitive at all, and everything seemed to have a complication to it! You also couldn't change the font on the forms, and their default font for some of the questions was 9pt, which is too small for many people. When I reached out to customer service, they told me to just tell clients to zoom in (which doesn't work on the phone anyway!). Also their telehealth was annoying and you coudln't choose your own background or blur it. Overall, I hated going in there every day. In comparison, Care Patron is such a breath of fresh air!

### "Dr. Walker Marsh's Review"

March 24, 2026

5.0

My overall experience has been great. Customer service and support has been especially good. In the beginning there was a significant charge for services that I did not want or need, but due to a mistake on my part, I had been billed. I talked with Customer Service, explained my needs and they were quick to find the problem, help me learn the system and refund the charge. Great service.

Pros

It is a very user friendly, intuitive platform. It is easy to use and well integrated. I especially found Customer Service and Tech Support to be easy to work with and quick to respond to issues. I also find the cost of the program a great value. I retired from full-time practice recently and am now working as a semi-retired volunteer with a community-based non-profit offering pro-bono therapy. I do not need a full-blown office management program with insurance billing and staff to do appointment management. I was able to tailor the CarePatron package to what I need with a single provider practice.

Cons

I initially had some misgivings about using a web-based program, especially with a company that was based out of country, but they were quickly resolved after I began using the program.

### "Why CarePatron Became the Clear Choice for My Practice"

March 23, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with CarePatron has been exceptional. As a clinician‑founder building a practice from the ground up, I needed a platform that was intuitive, reliable, and comprehensive without the financial strain that often comes with clinical software. CarePatron has met every one of those needs. The system is clean, easy to navigate, and thoughtfully designed for real‑world clinical workflows. Every feature I rely on — scheduling, documentation, telehealth, billing, and the client portal — has functioned smoothly and consistently. What has impressed me most is the balance of affordability and quality; the platform delivers a level of value that far exceeds its price point, especially compared to other systems I explored. It has supported my practice with clarity and ease, allowing me to focus on client care rather than administrative hurdles. In every way that matters to my organization, CarePatron has been a genuinely supportive and effective partner

Pros

CarePatron offers unusually strong value for clinicians by combining scheduling, documentation, telehealth, billing, and secure client communication into a single, streamlined platform at a significantly lower cost than most therapy EHRs. Its generous free plan is especially helpful for small startups and solo practitioners who need a full-featured system before revenue stabilizes; it includes features that many competitors lock behind higher‑tier subscriptions. Their paid plans are priced considerably below other platforms I explored, yet they don’t sacrifice quality — in fact, they bundle in a remarkable range of services that would be considered “value‑added” or premium upgrades elsewhere. The interface remains clean and intuitive across all tiers, reducing administrative friction and helping clinicians stay organized without feeling overwhelmed. Users consistently report meaningful time savings through automated reminders, invoicing, and AI‑supported documentation, and clients benefit from an easy‑to‑use portal with online booking and integrated telehealth. Overall, CarePatron stands out as a practical, efficient, and accessible option for clinicians who want comprehensive functionality and exceptional value without the complexity or cost of traditional EHR systems

Cons

There is genuinely nothing that operates as a “con” for my organization when using this platform; everything we’ve needed has been supported without friction.

I switched because I needed an integrated platform that combined telehealth, documentation, scheduling, billing, and secure messaging in one place. Zoom for Healthcare handled sessions well, but it required multiple additional systems to manage the rest of my workflow. CarePatron allowed me to consolidate everything into a single, streamlined, HIPAA‑compliant platform, which immediately improved efficiency and reduced administrative burden

### "Appreciate the functions, and there's room for growth!"

March 24, 2026

3.0

Pros

I like the automatic appointment reminders, the ease of use of the telehealth platform, and the value of the product. I also like the ability to cross reference calendars from other sites/apps.

Cons

It's often buggy, sometimes my contributions don't save, and that's frustrating. I also wish there were more reliable reporting for case management - for example, I need to report every month how many sessions each client attended. I haven't found an efficient way to do that yet. I wish there were more options for collecting and organizing client info to use for generating reports for grant applications, etc. I also think the documentation can be tough to follow and track because the interface isn't so user friendly. It's also a chore to navigate the documents tab and review the doc history.

### "Appreciating the support while the kinks are addressed. "

March 19, 2026

3.0

We had some difficulties & concerns were heard. They reached out to understand. We are looking forward to concerns being remedied. Truly appreciated their attention.

Pros

Value is top!!! Love the tags as this helps everyone on staff visualize top concerns for each one wo having to go into the chart.

Cons

Minor appt reminders need to go to all adults involved. There are some struggles with payment methods being captured and/or saved. The "relationship" does not connect to the minors charts the way it would be beneficial. Actually it causes more disruptions. There needs to be a better workflow for minors overall. (this is what has been discussed). Truthfully the "relationship" option is just confusing, add a section in the charts for contacts, emergency contact....so it is all in one place and easily accessible.

The issues you've raised are significant gaps for a practice of your size, and we understand why they've been disruptive. These are exactly the kinds of things that need to work reliably when you're managing a larger team and client base. ### "Great Scheduling and Paperwork Platform!"

March 19, 2026

3.0

I love carepatron! I have used simple practice and therapy notes in the past, and carepatron is by far more accessible and staff is really helpful.

Pros

I love the price and the customer service. I appreciate the flexibility and being able to identify a need, and then having cp support help make it happen. Customizing is great. I like that it is not overly complicated.

Cons

Glitches in time zones on reminder emails (sometimes). The issues I have most are with the video platform glitching. Multiple times, i have been in the telehealth room and so have my clients and yet we are not connected. I know some of this might be the internet’s fault, but it seems like i have to find alternative meeting method often (a couple times a week) bc carepatron video chat is glitching or not connecting properly. This is the most frustrating bc then I have to waste a lot of time rebooting or trouble shooting and then we just end up moving over to google meet or having a phone call. Not ideal and can feel unprofessional.

### "Affordable and customizable with occasional growing pains"

March 19, 2026

4.0

After nearly three years of use, Carepatron has evolved into a reliable and well-rounded client management system. It offers many of the features found in larger, more established platforms while remaining a cost-effective option for solo practitioners and small businesses. The platform also demonstrates strong responsiveness to user feedback, with regular updates and ongoing feature development.

Pros

Affordable compared to other management systems, with flexible pricing based on clinic size Includes free telehealth, plus text and email reminders Customisable interface (e.g., colours to match branding or personal preferences) Ongoing system improvements with new features regularly added Integrates with Google Calendar Supports management of multiple clinicians across different locations and varying hours Strong workflow management and ability to customise email and text communications

Cons

Some newer features lack intuitiveness and could be easier to use Limited transparency around coding prompts (e.g., placeholders), reducing flexibility Telehealth platform needs optimisation; connectivity can be impacted by clients’ internet setup Customer service and AI support are helpful but tend to offer only general guidance Transferring a business or clients (including notes on past appointments) between practitioners is complex and time-consuming, requiring manual transfer of past appointments

### "Efficient, User-Friendly EMR with Great Support and Room for Growth"

March 31, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Carepatron has been very positive. The platform is easy to use and intuitive, making daily tasks like scheduling, documentation, and communication feel streamlined rather than overwhelming. Appointment management and booking are especially strong features—being able to manage my schedule efficiently while also allowing clients to self-book has been a huge time-saver. Patient management is also well organized, with helpful tools for storing documentation and staying connected with clients. Customer support has consistently been responsive and open to feedback, which makes a big difference. While there are occasional minor issues, the platform is clearly being updated and improved regularly, which I really appreciate and shows they are actively working to enhance the user experience.

Pros

Carepatron is very user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to navigate even when managing a full caseload. Appointment management is especially seamless—I’m able to schedule, reschedule, and track sessions with minimal effort. I also really appreciate the ability for clients to book their own appointments, which reduces back-and-forth communication and saves time. The platform does a great job supporting client communication and documentation. Sharing documents, sending intake forms, and keeping everything organized in one place has streamlined my workflow significantly. Overall, it simplifies many of the day-to-day administrative tasks that can otherwise become overwhelming.

Cons

One of the biggest challenges is tracking goals. There isn’t a dedicated or intuitive space for goal management, which makes it harder to monitor progress over time within the system. Additionally, the signature feature could be improved—it does not save my signature, so I have to re-enter it for each client, which becomes repetitive and time-consuming. It would also be helpful to have a centralized location where all completed forms can be viewed together. Currently, forms are only accessible within individual client profiles, which can make it less efficient to review documentation across clients.

### "Excellent platform that keeps improving"

March 19, 2026

5.0

Overall, it is a great platform. I appreciate the quick responses to question I have by the team. I also appreciate the continued updates that are provided.

Pros

I like the simplicity of it and how it has all the features I need to run my practice. I once had three separate platforms I operated from so it is nice to have been able to consolidate down to one.

Cons

There are some things missing that I wish it had such as a way to see if messages are read, the ability to send mass messages individually, whiteboard feature for the virtual room, being able to customize additional workflows.

### "Honest Review from A Mental Health Therapist"

March 27, 2026

3.0

Carepatron has been a learning curve, but I have felt supported by their staff. I hope that bugs are continually fixed and to stay with Carepatron as the software could be the next simplepractice with some minor tweaking. The price is affordable for therapists like me so I hope that remains the same or similar.

Pros

The price and options of what the price can do really attracted me to Carepatron. The price is firmly worth it. I really like the telehealth option. Most of my clients can easily hop on for session it seems. I also like the fact of how easy it is to book through the booking link for clients. I think that has helped me retain client consults and client in general. The customer support team is also accessible, even if they respond in a few hours, they always respond. I like that I can set the appointment reminders for clients as I have a 48 hour cancellation policy, but would love a reminder at the 15 minute mark before session.

Cons

Billing is clunky. I often spend a lot of time going back and cleaning up billing for appointments that never even happened or that just have been difficult to edit either the invoice or the claim. I overall would love to see some improvement as I use both insurance and self pay options for clients. Patient records have been okay, but I would like to see better ease for working with minor clients, this has been tedious. Lack of appointment reminders that are less than one hour have been a little difficult.

### "Great for a side hustle, Just watch what you use at first if your not going all in. "

March 20, 2026

4.0

I'd say the support was great at first but the guy wasn't there to help much with the actual useage of the products were and he did let me know that it would eat my memory up and I couldn't get it back. I was already into the program 3 days and was messing around with it so I was burning memory a lot. I would say I'm impressed with the ease of billing, ease of notes and the streamline ability after you put some work into it at first. I'm sure the AI would be nice too. I didn't use it. I'm glad there is an alternative to Therapy Notes and simple practice cuz those were way expensive for what I needed. Carepatron helps with what minimal needs I had. I'll stick with them for these side jobs.

Pros

Customization of the notes and intake forms. It takes a second to get used to it but I was able to figure out what I needed to do. Once you get what you're looking for, it streamlines fast. I love that there was support at the beginning from Carepatron. I also really liked that billing was integrated into this platform all in the free trial version. This helped with exactly what I was looking for. The cost for a month or anual costs you can't get mad at either. Storing cards and payment was great.

Cons

I feel the "free trial" was deceptive. You only have a certain amount of memory and you don't know what takes up the memory, its also impossible to see what is taking up memory because they start you out with all of the perks and no info about the memory you're taking up. sync email? memory, play around with forms? memory, etc. It felt like a "gotcha" I needed very small amounts of services for one client and I've burned throuhg 98% of my memory and I've done 6 sessions because I synced my email I wanted to ease into this process and feel it out. Their billing platform that runs cards has a HUGE expense. 6 dollars per transaction. I was figuring it would be about 3 as I've usually expeirenced on other platforms, but this one was a lot higher and I had to have a conversation with my client about this fee. I'm doing things differnetly becuase this is not my sole practice I'm doing some one off side work and need minimal services. I was hoping this would help and I could ease into it, but the "free use all the services" didn't let me learn what services were essential and which ones used the most memory. Still at the end of it all, it's cheap, it works, they have good support, and it did the job I needed.

### "Different and flawed but also competent and smooth"

March 19, 2026

3.0

The learning curve is pretty steep for this platform. There have been multiple times where the only reason why I did not leave the platform was because I bought a year subscription and could not get my money back. That being said once I learned the system (and I am STILL learning the systems) and how things are supposed to flow, it is not difficult to navigate and find what you are looking for. Also there seems to be some common sense quality of life issues that need to be worked out, such as being able to have an auto signature for my notes. Would I pick Carepatron again if I started over no. Is it bad enough to make me forgo the rest of my subscription and pay for another system no. Will I renew when the time comes, honestly maybe. It is flawed and has its issues but is also rather competent when it does things right.

Pros

I like the customizability of the interface and the tabs menu on the left. It feels like the platform is organized in a particular way. When you grasp the concept of the interface navigating is pretty smooth.

Cons

The concepts and ideas of the interface is not intuitive. You have to really learn how the designers of the platform think to be able to use the platform in a competent way. There where many times where I would be upset because I could not find what I was looking for, but once I found the item in question it made sense where it was in hindsight.

Overall I've been very satisfied with Carepatron. I very much appreciate that the product is continuing to expand and grow with time, and that makes me feel that my investment into the produce has been worth it.

### "Solid, practical and efficient, probably best suited for solo practitioners"

March 20, 2026

4.0

Overall, excellent value for money. A few niggles but I can usually find a workaround. Combining appointment setting and patient records has been a gamechanger

Pros

Excellent value for money, responsive customer support and I really appreciate being able to have appointment management and patient records all in one place.

Cons

~there is no capacity to change the default setting of appointments to "unconfirmed" (because of the nature of the centre and our way of booking) which means it has to be done manually every day and that's a hassle. ~there is no capacity to alter introductory letter (to use local language greetings etc) unless through workflow...but workflow doesn't allow different intake options so again, it has to be done manually because different client groups get different intake forms. ~stats and analytics are tricky to get and annoyingly meaningless without introducing 3rd party apps ~no parttime pricing options for part time staff - I have a team of 8 but only 2 work more than 1 day a week! ~it feels like CP was set up for solo practitioners and a lot of helpful aspects aren't available for centre type organisations ~there is a glitch where emails sent from CP come back to our email systems and aren't recorded in CP so we have to manually screenshot and lodge - this drives me bonkers!

Hi Jo, we appreciate you taking the time to share this, and we're glad the value, support, and having everything in one place have been working well for you. The points you've raised around appointment defaults, intake form flexibility, analytics, and part-time pricing are genuinely useful feedback, and we've passed them along to the team. We know Carepatron is still growing into multi-practitioner and centre-style workflows, and feedback like yours directly shapes where we focus. If you'd like to flag any of these with our team directly, you can reach us at support@carepatron.com or through the help button within your workspace. We would be happy to help.

Good - I would keep using even with the issues I have with it. I have enjoyed using Careptron a lot.

Pros

easy to navigate, insurance verification, great value for money, customer support is very nice though not always helpful. I also like being able to send intake packet.

Cons

somewhat cumbersome to bill when I have several CPT codes (would be nice to have a template I can use and just need to provide patient's information, dx, and date of service), I work with kids, and carepatron ALWAYS combines siblings together because they think it is a duplicate due to parent's contact information being the same. Sometimes, they even change the name of a client to sibling when parents submit paperwork for a new sibling. I wish Carepatron would just keep them separate if the client's name is different (if it is a true duplicate, can always just delete). Also, I wish templates can be favorited and accessed whenever I want when I create a note for an appointment. Right now, I can only access last few templates I opened, which isn't helpful. Finally, I wish we could call a phone number into the video calls. I would like to use carepatron when calling interpreters and I can't because Carepatron doesn't have that available.

### "Good patient management system"

March 19, 2026

Good product. It's a shame the price doubled, as I live having a good low priced product. It scan attachments in, it's just a shame you can't store some under clinical and others as photo attachments of the ear from before and after earwax removal.

Pros

I like being able to attach notes. I've used a different system before and had to keep paper notes. I can now scan them in. I like that the customer can pay the fee. I like that I can do everything on the go with home visits and when WiFi dies.

Cons

The system seems to create duplicates. It does not always realize it's done it, so I have to double check it. It's a shame I can't set up reminders automatically to be send out for customer birthdays and when it's flow up time. I have to do it all manually from Google calender. Price just doubled

Hi Frieda, thank you for the honest feedback and for sharing so much detail about how you use Carepatron in the field. These issues are all legitimate gaps, especially for the way you work with home visits and clinical photo documentation. We'll pass these along to the product team. The pricing change is also something we take seriously and we understand how much that matters for a solo practice. We'd love the chance to make this work better for you. ### "Great Platform "

March 19, 2026

5.0

Overall it is worth the price for all the things that are available in the system. I have been using it for over a year and it works great for me and my business.

Pros

I like the value for the platform. It is affordable than others programs. It provides a free library of forms that can be accessed and modified to tailor your own needs. It is easy to use for the provider and clients. The appointment management system is easy to setup and manage. My clients are able to utilize the system to schedule their appointments without waiting. The patient records are stored and easy to access. There are some bugs and issues with the system but they are manageable and the company seem to work very quickly to solve any issues.

Cons

The least is the bugs and minor glitches in the system. At times it is hard to get into the provider files/forms.

### "User-Friendly Platform for Streamlining Small Practice Operations"

March 30, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Carepatron has been positive. It serves as an effective, user-friendly platform for small to mid-sized therapy practices seeking to centralize scheduling, documentation, and client intake. While there is room for growth in terms of scalability and advanced features, it provides a solid foundation for organizing care delivery and improving operational efficiency. It has been particularly helpful in maintaining a professional, streamlined experience for clients while supporting clinicians in managing their workload.

Pros

Carepatron offers a clean, intuitive interface that makes it easy to manage scheduling, intake documentation, and client communication in one place. For a small therapy practice, the ability to streamline workflows—particularly digital forms, consent collection, and appointment management—is highly valuable. I also appreciate the platform’s accessibility for both clinicians and clients, which supports engagement and reduces administrative burden.

Cons

At times, the system can feel limited in customization for more complex clinical workflows or multi-layered programs. There are opportunities to enhance reporting capabilities, integrations with other systems (e.g., billing platforms or EHRs), and more advanced documentation templates. Additionally, occasional navigation inefficiencies can slow down workflow when managing higher volumes of clients.

### "Long time user since 2024 consistent 5 stars "

March 19, 2026

5.0

Overall outstanding experience and great value compared to competition. Only had to contact customer service once for a tech issue with reminders being sent out and they were very responsive and accommodating

Pros

Carepatron is visually appealing and simple to use. It's calendar features make it easy to understand scheduling at a glance with clear color coded appointment blocks. From the appointment details, it is easy to start a note and issue a invoice. It is handy to be able to have the option to have different availabilities per appointment type. I appreciate having different pop up windows in the app to be able to reference other information, past notes or dates.

Cons

I would appreciate more analytics to better understand individual KPIs and financial overviews. Being able to understand marketing strategies and conversions would be great. While I understand the security behind a new telehealth link each time, it would be easier for clients to have one waiting room link that they could save. I'd love to have more provider notifications and reminders for appointments or when a client joins a telehealth call

### "Highly recommend for small therapy practices"

March 19, 2026

4.0

It's been great, I would recommend to other clinicians with small practices. The value for the program is excellent.

Pros

It was easy to get started. It was fairly easy to figure out billing insurance companies. The portal for clients seems easy to use for both myself and the clients. There are a large number of forms, assessments, templates, etc, that are easy to customize for my practice. Or I can easily upload my own forms, which Carepatron formats for me. The best feature is the AI assistant - I can get answers to any questions in real time, and the answers are detailed and easy to follow to fix whatever issue I am stuck on. The billing portion also allows for billing under separate practitioners, or under the practice, which is a GREAT feature that not many programs allow. Overall it is an excellent value for the money for a small practices like mine in which I do my own billing.

Cons

I wish there was a way to see all unclaimed sessions, rather than having to look by client. My other "cons" are minor - I wish there was a way to electronically sign without having to sign with a finger or mousepad every time. There is some issue with ensuring each appointment is attached to an insurance claim, which requires manual correction when that happens. So some minor glitches or bugs, but nothing that isn't manageable, particularly with the AI assistant's help.

### "Carepatron is a great up and coming system for mental health providers"

March 20, 2026

4.0

Overall, my experience has been good. I like how the system currently works and can see the growth that the system is making. I have hope for improvements to be made that will make the program even better to use in the future. Even with how it is right now, it's a great new system!

Pros

\- Good pricing options - Great customer service, very friendly, helpful and responsive. - Easy to navigate, learn how to use.

Cons

\- Cannot integrate insurance in Canada - No waitlist options for appointments (i.e., let this person know if there's a cancellation) - Would like to see a more developed customization process for email and SMS notifications.

### "Great Experience"

March 19, 2026

4.0

It's been a good experience overall. I find the value and features to be really great and appreciate that Carepatron takes feedback into account and is always looking for ways to be better.

Pros

I appreciate the price point. That's what first brought me to Carepatron starting out. I was able to use Carepatron for a few months for free as I was starting out my practice, which felt really nice. I was able to get a true sense of what I was getting myself into without taking a financial risk. It was easy to integrate and customize forms for client use and I found Carepatron to be easier. I'm also so happy that Carepatron continues to add features. The insurance claims have been a huge plus and I'm happy to now be streamlined to just using 1 EHR for all of my needs.

Cons

Transferring from a different EHR was a bit clunky, but I received support around this. A seamless integration is possible from several EHRs, but not the one I'd used to file insurance claims before Carepatron had that capability.

### "Great for small or solo private practice!"

March 19, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Carepatron has been positive. I honestly can't complain with the price point and what they have to offer. It's a newer platform and has a lot of potential to grow. I do appreciate the AI use, although I don't use it for recording sessions. It's easy to use the AI feature to ask questions and find solutions when you're feeling stuck.

Pros

What I like most about Carepatron is the customer service and value for money. I also appreciate the ease of use with navigating the portal. As a very small solo private practice owner, it has been a great experience and I look forward to Carepatron's updates and new features!

Cons

It was a bit difficult to navigate sending forms and onboarding patients at first. There are some features I wish we had, such as a tasks list of notes that need to be completed or form automations. Patients and I have also had some issues with the telehealth platform in the past. I do wish the picture-in-picture is a bit more flexible. Thankfully, you can integrate other platforms like Google Meet or Zoom. Lastly, I had difficulty figuring out how to write off (for a discounted session) because any time you write off an amount it still shows it as uninvoiced, which I thought it meant I need to invoice or it's a task to do?
