January 10, 2025 5.0 Pros It has all of the features I need for my practice - video, EHR, payment, upcoming AI capability, editable forms Cons I probably needed someone to show me around for a bit. I started using it but then ran into a glitch when it charged my client a fee for using her card. I didn't realize at the time I could turn that off. I would also like to see an easy way to transition client, maybe help with messaging to clients on what to expect.
