Overall, this a great system that has alot of potential but the additional features are not explained well and appear complex to set up quickly.

Pros

Able to safely store information in one place and easily locate it in relation to client and session.

Cons

Additional features are not explained well or are not easily accessible. It runs slow a lot of the time, also meaning templates are difficult to load so I have not accessed them.

After a few months of using it seems to be straightforward and easy to use. I am yet to try the appointment management system as I currently have only a small private practice.

Transparent pricing that is flexible for sole traders. Easy to use Good options for recording and storing notes

Cons

There could be more pre-made measures for patients well-being and mental health. , A pre-made or template for customer satisfaction survey would be great!
