If you're someone who is recently starting out or does not have an established format for your practice, it is incredibly helpful. Cons The templates can sometimes get repetitive. Like I stated above, there are SO many positives that they outweigh the 1 negative I have and that negative is so minor it doesn't really matter. Pros You can't beat it for the price. I love the common domain forms, communication with clients, scheduling, and billing. Cons I wish there was a way to load the previous session's notes into the current appointment notes. However, some clients and staff have struggled in setting up their profiles. Whenever I have had a problem, Carepatron have been relatively quick to support me. Being able to book in appointments, send invoices and take payments as well as keep up to date records is very useful for my business and Carepatron have been able to provide this to me (mostly) Pros It was relatively simple to set up for myself Cons It is not as easy for others to set up and become a part of the team. I also cannot see what team members are up to in the diary which I thought I would be able to have oversight of the whole team. Accessing on your mobile perhaps? No problem. Carepatron has got you covered. Cons I do not think this qualifies as a negative, but I’ll still go ahead and share my experience relating as to what I probably liked least about Carepatron; I did not particularly like the part whereas I was temporarily immobilized in my office chair, stunned, as the implications of now having Carepatron would be changing my life. I could maybe go on a date, get a boyfriend, or a new house, and even think about adopting those 4 cute puppies down the street from my mom’s hairdresser’s dad’s place. I could swing all of that because I’d have the time now. And Carepatron will also free up your time. Make those flight reservations to Fiji, you deserve it. Review Source MP Morgan P. I'm a web software developer, very well aware that what appears "simple" to the user can be the end result of great effort put into design, development and testing. It certainly looks like Carepatron's creators have done their homework! Cons Limited exposure. Have not noticed any negatives so far.
