Ease of access, very good for being a mobile chiropractor with it being web based

Cons

Certain functions for notes, does take a little longer than some programs like chiro touch etc but macros are easy to make!

It is great, I really like it.

Pros

I love that I can currently use this software free, as I have a limited caseload and am a solo practitioner so paying for an EHR is not feasible. It is also easy access from phone, computer, iPad .

Cons

All notes/tx plans etc are in the same place. Would like tx plans separate from session notes, as well as another space for process notes that do not go into client official records.

Pros

The free trial allows me to use it as needed. I am already on 2 platforms but I hope to eventually have more private paying clients and Carepatron would be great for that purpose.

Cons

I don't have any negatives to say about it because I am not really a heavy user. I have used it a couple times and did need some support and got some answers via email.

I enjoy using it because it is simple and clean. By that I mean the screens are not cluttered.

Pros

It's easy to use, I really like the support (\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] is fantastic) and I'm interested in a feature that is coming ie. email marketing.

Cons

As I am not a medical practice (my business is more like a tutoring one) there is a lot that I don't need. But I also plan to utilise some of that to increase the service to my clients.

Pros

Once I learned how to use the softtware it was easy. It's good that the rest of the team working with the client can read each others daily case notes.

Cons

I have to duplicate each daily case note for to meet my professional requirements and have them accessable for audit. It can be time consuming as copying and pasting is tricky between 3 different products.

Pros

It was very easy to set up and figure out how to use. Great ability keep my clients organized and my practice HIPPAA compliant

Cons

Could be a bit more robust. I need forms and waivers for clients to sign and on the plan I'm on that is not available (I am unsure if it's available on higher plans) so I have to use multiple programs and that is annoying at times.
