Excellent, I can use more 1:1 meetings for navigation and available products for my use and practice.

Pros

Value for money, easy to use, and navigate. I like the various amounts of examples of documentation templates options available for use or creating one that suits your needs, you can use to create your own.

Cons

May options available for documentation, billing, and scheduling. I am still learning the system and what options I have available with my current plan

Carepatron has been a great change overall. The system is easy to use, and they are constantly making improvements.

Pros

The program is easy to understand and the support team has been wonderful. Record-keeping is streamlined, and templates are easy to create and change.

Cons

The billing can be difficult to navigate and it is challenging to manage multi-therapist practices in regard to billing.

### "A simple EHR that is easy to implement "

Pros

Carepatron is really easy to figure out and implement. I like the simple design and minimal tabs. I like that they are continually updating it and adding features to make patient care more seamless. I think the cost of membership is reasonable for small businesses. I have never had any issues with using the program on a computer or in the app.

Cons

I don't like that they advertise as "unlimited patients, free forever" because the free version is a very small amount of storage space. I also wish they offered an option to pay per patient encounter for businesses that are just starting out and don't yet have the patient volume to justify a set monthly subscription cost.

### "Yes, its time to change EHR systems"

Overall this is a great EHR, well worth the switch from over priced competitors, some billing things I would change but definitely a solid platform

Pros

The value for this EHR is much better than SP. They do not tier memberships to almost force you to take their premium for basic service. Great support and intuitive to use. Appointment management is a bit more hands on but manageable. Appointment reminders are good and timely. And I LOVE the note/session recording and generation. It saves me an enormous amount of time only having to proof read and make slight edits to all notes.

Cons

I have had a few bugs with the video service not loading correctly but very rarely. I also am not a big fan of the billing system mostly because there is not autopay feature and my clients have had trouble navigating it.

\[sensitive content hidden\] and the support team are very responsive and available to jump on a video call to help us troubleshoot as needed, when issues arise in our practice.

Pros

Support team is responsive and helpful. It is easy to use and provides good value for the money. We moved to Carepatron for the ease of the form templates but found it is much more user-friendly than our previous platform.

Cons

I admittedly didn’t take enough time to orient myself to the features of Carepatron but continue to learn about all it has to offer.

I will absolutely recommend carepatron. Overall this experience has been great and I have no true complaints that will deter me from using or recommending it.

Pros

The platform has been amazing with the value for money. It’s easy to use for m and my clients. I also love the ability to have appointment reminders to reduce late cancellations and no shows.

Cons

I think there are glitches with the client portal. I also do not like the AI feature as much due to frequent glitches.

It has been a great experience. Customer service was great when I had an issue. The assessments and files are easy to use

Pros

I liked that it was inexpensive and had a lot of features. It was easy to navigate and save the assessments

Cons

That there isn’t a lower cost for non profit organizations and that was hard as I have interns who only use it throughout a short period of time

Overall, I'm please with Carepatron. I do wish the video functions would be a little more streamlined.

Pros

The value for money is really great. It is easy for me to schedule and for my clients to schedule. Documentation is very simple, and the AI integration is helpful. I do appreciate the appointment reminders for my clients.

Cons

There is almost always an update to the system and this can be very frustrating on the client end and the clinician's. You may start a video and have to refresh in order for it to work. There are often bugs and many times I find I have to use a different video platform, which is extremely disappointing when you pay for a service.

Overall satisfied. Visually clean and easy to use. Helpful interactions with support staff. Their responses were mostly timely.

Pros

User friendly, clean, intuitive interface. Visually surpasses all competitors by far and more streamlined as well. Able to use on desktop/laptop and on mobile.

Cons

Can be glitchy on mobile and freeze occasionally. Would be helpful if they could add whiteboard feature in videoconferencing tool.

Pros

What I like most about Carepatron is that it is very simply and easy to use. It has so many useful features and templates. And it’s very affordable which I greatly appreciate.

Cons

What I liked least about Carepatron is that it felt slow or lagged but over time this has improved a lot.

There was an initial learning curve getting used to the system and setting up all documentation templates, but once you get through that it is very easy to use.

Pros

It is inexpensive and fairly easy to navigate once you get oriented to it. Billing is incredibly easy and everything appears professional on the client end.

Cons

Appointment reminders do not automatically go out and have to be manually sent for each session. The system does not create a to do list (i.e. does not prompt you to write progress notes, treatment plans, etc.).

Overall, it is a good experience. I just wish sending multiple intake forms could be an easier and more seamless process.

Pros

I love the value. I am a small business and it’s priced nicely for small business owners. I like the app and the ease of scheduling appointments on my phone. I love the templates and the ability to send my clients reminders.

Cons

At this time, sending initial paperwork is not the easiest task using any templates with signatures. If it is a child, the signature sometimes signs from the child. And not the parent, so that is my biggest complaint right now.

Fantastic. Has made starting and providing a new service smooth sailing. I have used other platforms in different work settings and this one is above the rest.

Pros

Very intuitive and easy to use. Handles everything I could need as someone starting a new business from appointment bookings, case note management, invoicing and even emails. The templates feature and database is wonderful as well. The customer support has been above and beyond.

Cons

I would like to be able to host meetings with other service providers who are not clients on the platform as that is not an option right now.

I find Carepatron to be excellent value for money, appointment reminders for clients and pretty easy to use

Cons

Transferring my documents/templates was not as quick and easy as I had hoped but with a bit of patience it is pretty achievable.

It was overall great for me & my team! As a group we were able to create and share templates with ease and that was very helpful for the new therapists!

Pros

The value for money was great. I did love the templates and all the resources! Customer support was great and usually pretty helpful. Overall, the ease of use was decent and I didn’t have much trouble navigating the platform as a whole!

Cons

The patient records / charts were a little confusing to me. I had trouble with billing. The appointment manager & appointment reminders felt like a lot at times. The only bugs / issues I really found was just me struggling to use it, not necessarily like glitches or anything.

It’s been super easy and I’ve recommended to people who are just getting started. After I tested it I signed up for the year and plan to continue using it because it’s ease of using!

Pros

The booking, ease of creating forms, communication with any things I tried to figure out and needed assistance with. I’m a new business owner and this platform made it so much easier to get started than I was expecting!

Cons

I don’t know if this is really a complaint, but the app updates often and so just keeping the latest one updated. Not really a problem and honestly I love they are continuously improving things.

I am happy to have a system that I can use remotely. Sometimes, information has to be duplicated, for instance when I have to write a prescription.

Pros

I have been using a number of medical software systems. It is a good system for storing medical information. Great for scheduling. It is secure and compliant with privacy requirements.

Cons

There are a few things. But by far the most important one (and therefore I will not mention the others), is the fact that the data (patient's past medical history, medications, allergies) does not transfer from one consultation to the other. This is a major impediment.

Carepatron is easy to use and free for the small client load I use it for. Very grateful to not have to pay because my other EHR won’t allow me to document coaching clients.

Pros

I love Carepatron as an adjunct to my primary EHR. I have to have the other EHR in order to bill insurance. However, I appreciate having a solid site like Carepatron to document my self-pay clients. I haven’t had to use support, but they consistently reach out to offer help.

Cons

No issues thus far with Carepatron. It has been a smooth and easy site to use in my several month experience.

Pros

Carepatron offers a range of features that make the management of patient health practice easy. Their customer support is prompt. It's very easy to manage all the appointments through CarePatron.

Cons

I would like their payment gateway to be active in India. At times, their video call service glitches, but they work promptly to fix it.

Pros

Carepatron is very well organized. It is easy to add new clients, update information, and have multiple contacts for one client.

Cons

Being able to export groupings of data (for example all overdue bills from a certain time period) is not as user friendly

Pros

Great customer support, easy to use platform. It has a lot of features (although I only use a few of them).

Cons

I only use the very basic (note keeping) part of the platform. It would be great to have a version that is free or minimal for those who only want this basic functionality.

Great interface! Friendly. The staff is very communicative and the product is very flexible and feature-filled.

Cons

Can be very slow and unresponsive/glitchy at times. The “flow” pace could be improved without a doubt.

I enjoy it a lot! It was my first time with a private practice and I found the recommendation for Carepatron on reddit. I'm glad I gave it a shot.

Pros

Customer support is prompt and always with an actual human. The platform is generally easy to use and user-friendly even for people not very experienced in tech. I like the appointment reminder features.

Cons

There are some bugs and issues that still need to be resolved. The automatic save changes feature on notes sometimes glitches and notes don't get saved and I find out about it later and have to rewrite, this has happened a few times.

### "Great Option for Small Business owners"

Pros

I liked that they have a free option for those who are growing their private practice or may do it on the side. The free option does include a lot of features that are super convenient (templates, online intake, Telehealth).

Cons

I can't figure out how I reached my storage limit when I only had 2 active clients in the system, both who I saw for less than 8 months total.
