Carepatron has really made managing my workflow easier, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an all-in-one solution.

Pros

I have to say I’m really impressed with Carepatron. From the moment I started using it, I noticed how intuitive and user-friendly the interface is. Navigating the platform is a breeze, and that makes my day-to-day tasks so much smoother. What I particularly love is how it combines so many features into one seamless platform. The scheduling and note-taking functionalities are perfectly streamlined, saving me a lot of time and effort.

Cons

I experienced quite a bit of frustration with glitches and lagging. It often made navigating the platform feel disjointed and slow, which disrupted my workflow. I really hope the team can address these technical hiccups because the potential for the software is definitely there.

There was an initial learning curve getting used to the system and setting up all documentation templates, but once you get through that it is very easy to use.

Pros

It is inexpensive and fairly easy to navigate once you get oriented to it. Billing is incredibly easy and everything appears professional on the client end.

Cons

Appointment reminders do not automatically go out and have to be manually sent for each session. The system does not create a to do list (i.e. does not prompt you to write progress notes, treatment plans, etc.).

Overall Carepatron has been a great tool for our team. It offers the flexibility to capture client care documentation in the manner that meets our business needs, and is very user-friendly in terms of documenting sessions, services and client care. We have also had a great experience working with the Carepatron development team who has been open to our ideas and helped with troubleshooting when needed. This is a great value for the money!

Pros

Carepatron is a great value for the monty and provides some necessary branding and template configuration controls that we need for team operations. I like the ease of use to facilitate clinician onboarding, and some of the scheduling and service configuration options have worked well for us.

Cons

We rely heavily on our ability to alert our clinicians when clients have provided high-risk responses to an assessment or questionnaire, and need full access to all client data to properly facilitate program evaluation and outcomes reporting. We would also like to see additional workflow customizations available, as well as the ability to more easily integrate care into other systems used to support client onboarding and post-treatment support. We are using Carepatron for a clinic-based setting, so the option for clinicians to delete some of the templates, clients, etc. isn't ideal.

4 stars, I like the system overall. I think you guys are doing great and continue to be innovative and grow the EHR system which I like.

Pros

The AI documentation I like the user friendly look The system design is great I like the calendar and how it is user friendly

Cons

The video clichés when I'm on calls and if I go off the screen on the phone it stops the AI documentation Unable to set up auto text and emails to patients Unable to auto bill When on a support call, the person was unfamiliar with how to set up the e-prescribe system or if it was capable to prescribe compounding medication.

its affordability and ease of use, which make it a practical option for managing daily tasks without a steep learning curve. The platform is intuitive and allows me to complete documentation, scheduling, and patient management efficiently. While there are some areas that could be improved, the overall value it provides for the cost and its user-friendly design make it a helpful tool in my practice.

Pros

it offers great value for the cost while still providing all the essential features I need in one place. The platform is very easy to use, which makes daily tasks more efficient and reduces the time spent navigating complicated systems. Its patient management tools are especially helpful, allowing me to keep everything organized and accessible, from documentation to scheduling. I also appreciate how simple it is to create and customize templates, which saves time and ensures my notes and workflows are tailored to my specific needs. Overall, it helps streamline my practice without adding unnecessary complexity.

Cons

few workflow limitations that make documentation and administrative tasks more time-consuming than they need to be. For example, goals do not automatically carry over into SOAP notes, which means I have to re-enter or manually reference them each session. When creating intake forms, if I input the child’s name, the signature section defaults to the child rather than the parent, which can be confusing and requires extra steps to correct. I also find it inconvenient that I have to create a separate profile for parents instead of having all relevant information under one unified family profile. The claims submission feature is not very user-friendly, which makes billing more cumbersome than it should be. Additionally, I don’t like that other clinicians in the system can see how much I bill patients, as it raises concerns about privacy and internal boundaries.

Overall, my experience with Carepatron has been good. I love to see that they are always working to better the platform and are open to suggestions.

Pros

Carepatron has been just want my small private practices needs. I used it when I was private pay only and then continued to use it when I accepted insurance. The customer support is timely and if they don’t have a feature I ask about, they let me know if it is in the works or will report it to their team for future updates.

Cons

Some things that may be practice specific for me would be that there isn’t one tab that I can open that’s says these are the dates that need notes for appointments or these are the dates that you haven’t billed for. Instead I have to look at the colander at each individual appointment. I also wish there was a goals section in the client dashboard and these goals would carry over into an AI note template for data tracking. Additionally the AI capabilities are exciting, but could use some work in terms of the process time and wording.

Me parece una gran plataforma, muy robusta, hecha para las personas que en su práctica requieran todas las funcionalidades en un solo lugar, sin embargo no la recomendaría para personas que busquen practicidad y agilidad en la plataforma. Mi experiencia fue muy buena y si no hubiera encontrado una alternativa más práctica y enfocada a mi trabajo, no hubiera tenido en conveniente en continuar en Carepatron, solamente no fui su público objetivo).

Pros

Carepatron es una plataforma bastante robusta, con muchas funcionalidades disponibles y es muy versátil para la práctica de personas que trabajan en servicios. Tiene la posibilidad de guardar pacientes, gestión de calendario (con conexión en tiempo real con Google Calendar), la posibilidad de cuando registras a alguien le puedas mandar formularios y en sí muchas herramientas que ayudan a tener mucho control sobre los servicios que des.

Cons

Las razones por las que hoy por hoy no lo uso ya que había cosas que no eran muy prácticas para mí. Al ser tan robusto a muchas funcionalidades no les sacaba provecho o había procesos que me parecieron muy engorrosos para poderlos hacer satisfactoriamente. Por ejemplo: para registrar pagos tenías que forzosamente generar la factura de la sesión, habiendo ocasiones en las que este proceso tardaba mucho y se atoraba, que ese es otra de las cosas que no me gustaron. Que la plataforma era algo lenta y se trababa (aunque el uso de safari como navegador me parece que no era lo óptimo).

I find it good for my small business as it meets a lot of basic needs and I can develop my own templates and forms.

Pros

I do like the flexible nature of the program and creating my forms and sending them through portal. I also like the personal page and inbox feature for tracking emails.

Cons

I would like to have a itemized billing option in the invoice section. I also would like better support and access to customer service

Easy to use, it's always improving and I appreciate the excellent customer service and support. It has made it easy to grow the clinic and add team members.

Pros

Easy to use and great value for money. I also appreciate the excellent customer service when there have been issues.

Cons

What I really need is to be able to set services to specific clinicians so they are not seeing all the services that a clinic offer (only the ones they offer) so it's not confusing for them when booking and invoicing

Very good. I have received very patient support when learning how to set up group workshop dates. Super easy for clients to use

Pros

value for money, ease of use for my clients great to record session notes, ease of form setups good platform for solo practitioner easy linking to other calendar systems

Cons

has felt a little clunky to get set up. I need to spend more time looking at some training videos eg setting up colour coding of appointments how to book in meetings with colleagues so they get an email and reminder Currently have them set up as clients.
