I’ve been using TitanEmail for years, but recently they removed key features like email tracking and started charging for them. I reached out to customer service, explained that it’s wrong to take away features longtime users relied on, but they refused to fix anything. They simply confirmed that I now have to pay to use what was already part of the service. It’s unethical and shows zero respect for loyal customers.

Pros

The interface is clean and user-friendly, and the service worked well in the past when all features were included.

Cons

\- Removed core features like email tracking - Now charging for tools that were previously included - Poor customer support - refuses to address the issue - Disrespectful to longtime users

Overall experience is great. I really like the design with both dark and light mode, email open tracking and ability to get through my emails fast.

Pros

The thing I liked the most about Titan Email is the ability to see when someone open your emails, and overall user experience with their platoform.

Cons

The cons I did not like is that I have to pay in order to send scheduled emails. I usually tend to use other platforms and not use my business email which makes things complicated.

Titan allow you to add Google accounts without disturb and all emails are synced in real time

Pros

Allow us to host email at low price and show when the receiver of email opens it.

Cons

Titan Email pricing plan should be adjusted in the way that at least it doesn't charge ever email.

It was ok. We used it for our first year but it began to hinder our ability to conduct business so we needed to switch. This was in 2022.

Pros

Very cheap and easy to set up. Was great for starting out.

Cons

Unreliable. We had several issues sending and receiving emails and several users reported emails mysteriously disappearing, including the company owners.

Awful is the only word I can think of at this time. I wish I had paid more for a better email host.

Pros

The mailbox has some nice features like saving scripts.

Cons

It is incredible unreliable. Somehow my records keep disappearing. When you contact customer service, they will tell you what needs to be added but they do not assist with figuring out issues like when propagation takes days or weeks rather than 24-48 hours that is normal.

Easy to setup a professional email. No need to manually edit your DNS records to have an email. All you do is to follow simple GUI steps and you're ready to go. I love the feature to know when the email is viewed by receipent.

Pros

Free version gives you 3 free professional emails when you have a hostinger account.

Cons

No ecosystem to use your emails for productivity like you would see Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Zoho's.

The fact that it’s gotta be paid for while also not always an email server recognized and accepted by websites and apps making it unable to be registered with for sign up purposes

Me gusta que en la bandeja de entrada puedo administrar todas las cuentas relacionadas a mi negocio, y es muy útil la función que tiene esta aplicación para ver si el destinatario ha visto el correo que le he enviado o no.

Cons

Al inicio fue un poco difícil entender cómo administrar las cuentas y organizar mi bandeja de entrada, pero no tengo más quejas
