I reached out to customer service, explained that it’s wrong to take away features longtime users relied on, but they refused to fix anything. They simply confirmed that I now have to pay to use what was already part of the service. It’s unethical and shows zero respect for loyal customers. Pros The interface is clean and user-friendly, and the service worked well in the past when all features were included. I really like the design with both dark and light mode, email open tracking and ability to get through my emails fast. Pros The thing I liked the most about Titan Email is the ability to see when someone open your emails, and overall user experience with their platoform. Cons The cons I did not like is that I have to pay in order to send scheduled emails. I usually tend to use other platforms and not use my business email which makes things complicated. I wish I had paid more for a better email host. Pros The mailbox has some nice features like saving scripts. Cons It is incredible unreliable. Somehow my records keep disappearing. When you contact customer service, they will tell you what needs to be added but they do not assist with figuring out issues like when propagation takes days or weeks rather than 24-48 hours that is normal.
